I recently had gone to Charlie Clark in Brownsville for an oil change. Upon arriving Ms. Erika Loya was extremely kind and helpful when I advised her about the upcoming maintenance my dashboard recommended as well as something else I needed to be done. She quickly went ahead and got to it, informing me about the quote on my fog light and advising me it would get done immediately! The staff is always kind and helpful! I appreciate it!

All went well except that they forgot to inform me that the work was done. I could have been finished 1-2 hours earlier. My car was just sitting here all that time.

Steve and Lyzette were amazing, they went beyond all expectations to provide the most honest and friendly service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I will be a life long customer of theirs!

Murdock has been always who attend me when I go to visit. He knows very well my truck and I trust him on whatever his knowledge allowed for my security. He is the best! Awesome customer service with him, honestly, if he is not there I wont let my truck in and I prefer to come back another day.

Stephanie was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. I was impressed with her upsell skills and she knew all the prices and deals. The mechanics that worked on my car were quick and did a great job. An employee came out to check on me while I waited and offered me coffee. My overall experience was great.

My most recent experience was an oil change. Very satisfied by Service Advisor Jesus G Perez attention and sincerity. He was not in a hurry to get us out of there and listened to our concerns. More honest people should be hired.

Worst service ever, the sales guy was good he convince me to get a car, then sales manager came out and everything went bad.he wanted to take me by a fool. What a waist of timw tryong to buy a csr there. Manager ask to call him, he is not available to answer calls

Never again. "Salesman" refused to listen to me and insisted I purchase a vehicle on the spot.
I walked out, NEVER to return.
Bought a vehicle elsewhere.

They lied to me.they gave me a price on a Armada reserve by text and when i got there they change the story and the price but they wanted to sell me the vehicle that they want.never again le di chansa a charlie clark y me fallo dame chansa de que de chingarme they wanted my QX80 and bring back Armada LS.

Sergio explained everything in full detail of what my car needed and made recommendation for next follow up to be better prepared for upkeep on the fluid flushes my car would need and brakes as well, overall Splendid Customer Service.

After going to the Harlingen Charlie Clark Nissan I had a bad experience, but was contacted by the Brownsville dealer & totally different. They even offered to pick me & my family in La Feria Tx which is about 45min away. I was respected from the get go & was explained in full detail the buying process. If your in need of a new or pre owed automobile then I highly recommend you pick up the phone & call them & ask for Mr. Feria

DON'T BUY FROM CHARLIE CLARK**RATED THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN BROWNSVILLE AND HARLINGEN AS PER BUSINESS BUREAU! **Horible experience! I gave a star since I had no other option in order to write a review! Sadly they sold a damage car which we only had for less than 2months. From purchasing Charlie Clark insurance that should cover any mechanical problems and yet that didn't help at all cause I'm still having to pay for mechanical service which 1st I was on paying the deductible $50 but from that amount it jumped to $550. It took more than 1 1/2 month for my vehicle to be fixed and then for the dealership to tell me I have to pay $550 and not the $50 deductible I was told originally. It's been almost 3months and I still don't have my vehicle due to management not being to come to an agreement between themselves. To top it off Not only did the management from Charlie Clark in Brownsville said " There's nothing we can do you purchased a damaged vehicle, I got paid, everyone got paid we move on". What kind of integrity does Charlie Clark has as a business and as humans? Makes me wonder how many more helpless people have been in this same scenario that don't have a voice but I'll be the voice for those persons. It took me months to write this review because I still gave them a chance to work with me and my insurance and yet to solutions all they want is money from my insurancd and myself! I'm a person with great work ethics and with integrity that as a business owner I will never treat clients the way I always go that extra mile for my clients. Charlie Clark has treated my family and I with no respect and no integrity! So I DO ADVICE ANYONE TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE DON'T GO TO NO CLARLIE CLARK NISSAN THEY ARE RATED THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN BROWNSVILLE AND HARLINGEN AS PER THE BUSINESS BUREAU! Till this day nothing has been resolved. Plus they kept the car n my money!

LIARS! I came in to buy a used vehicle after being screwed around at the Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen. I called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted and they told me yes, to come in. I come in and found out the vehicle was sold 5 days prior! They try selling me on other vehicles, so I keep an open mind then find one I like. The salesman tells me $8000, but when I get inside they tell me $2000 more for just the car! Then they tell me I have to get a mandatory $350 etching on the car and that it's required - LIES! After arguing, they finally took off that extra fee. I felt so mislead and lied to the entire time. I told them my budget and what I was firm with, but they kept trying to convince me otherwise. They don't even have offices. It's literally a cold room with a bunch of crowded round tables. We heard other people's financial business, that should be private. When I didn't agree to their terms/prices, they told me 'I must not love the car that much then'. After a full day, they finally agreed to my budget, but I already had a horrible experience with them, felt they were very seedy, and figured I didn't want to continue this horror for the full term of my finance.

I was going to purchase my car there, even though I felt very uncomfortable, uneasy, and like I was at a scammy place instead of a professional establishment. Luckily, I went to Bert Ogden Nissan the next day and got a better car for the same exact price, without the lies.

I do want to give a shout out to Lily (the receptionist) though, she was very nice!

UPDATE: They blocked me on FB from being able to comment or post screenshots of the text messages they have sent me. Very unprofessional establishment.

I purchased my vehicle there less than a year ago and Went for tire pressure check and was told that they weren’t allowed to pump air on the tire, and that i had to buy an new one. So i went to FireStone and the tire pressure was off like 4psi. Never seen such bad customer service. If i could rate less than a one star, i would!

I went today just to get an oil changed but was dragged into change my current sentra. I didnt mind at the moment but it was an atrocious experience. The oil change services are amazing, however not the trade in experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles here but the trade in experience was horrible. The salesman was making us sign but there was no approval yet. This is bad ethics please do the process correclty and not have the customer waste their time. The experience was draining and exhausting for my wife and I. I’m never going there again. I will file a complaint with the attorney general
and the FTC within 48 hours due to questionable sales and ethical procedures.

Servicing your car can go either way in this Charlie Clark. I recommend going very early. The people are very friendly. I have no complaints in this aspect. BUYING YOUR CAR here is bad. Go get a Toyota or Honda. These salesmen will lie to you.
