I've had the worstexperience with this dealership in El Paso Texas Charlie Clark Infinity they got the worstest managers general managers in this in this dealership I bought this Infinity 5 months ago to this day I have not gotten my license plates or heard from none of them they keep on throwing the ball to each other that they're going to call me and that manager has never

Salesman was pleasant but when the inside team wouldn't give us our keys back it was very unpleasant. A little too aggressive for us.

Scott (my advisor) is amazing and always so courteous. I had an unforeseen issue with my Truck and Scott was able to get it taken care of in a timely manner. Kendra was also helpful in adding a wash and detailing which made my day! I LOVE CHARLIE CLARK NISSAN!

Wow! Exceptional service! My Sales agent JOR was the absolutely best! I’ve never had such a great all around experience buying a car. Joe is truly a top tier employee. He made us feel comfortable, well taken care of and was extremely knowledgeable. A true blessing!

Ask for Fonzie he has worked seven different auto deals for me. I’ve always been well taken care of and then awesome hands he lays everything out on the table upfront does not try to hide anything so you can make a responsible adult decision and not just an impulse buy highly will continue to keep sending all my business to them when possible

Every car I have bought at Bert Ogden, Mission Volkswagen dealer Charles Clark Chevrolet have all given me free tint on my vehicles. At Charlie Clark Nissan, they wanted to sell me the tint for $499.99. That was the only downside of the sale.

Do not buy your vehicle from here. They will look for a way to not honor your warranty. My car had only 15,000 miles and they tried to find an excuse not to honor the warranty for my car. The air sensor in the tire went out and instead of fixing it for free, they tried to charge me 189 dollars to diagnose and 318 dollars to replace it. The sensor had been out for months but I couldn't find the time to take my car to Harlingen, since I live in McAllen. They tried to blame Discount tire for ineffective sensor, despite them never touching until the day before they looked at it. The manager, Hector, admitted that there's not actual way to determine if the sensor went out on its own or another mechanic destroyed it. But he still blamed them and would not honor the warranty. I left and got discount tire to replace it for 64 dollars and that included taxes with labor. They tried to take me for more than 400 dollars of what it actually cost. The sad thing is that this the first time in my life where a dealership would not honor the warranty. There should be no questions asked and they should of fixed it for free. The oil changes for life is nice but they will make you pay for it sooner or later. I did talk to Annette in customer relations but she wanted to look at video and said she had to talk the McAllen car shop that gave me an oil change the month before. I told the mechanic there to check it out but he said he everything was fine but it wasn't. He did not document that I asked him to look at the tire. I called for four days in a row to find out what happened and she never got backed to me. I regret buying a car from them and I will never get another vehicle from them.

Mr. Quintanilla from Nissan contacted me directly and apologized on behalf of his team. He explained that he spoke with team on the importance of providing great customer service. He was genuine and was very understanding of the situation. He reimbursed me for the cost of getting my air sensor fixed elsewhere. I’m very happy and he has restored my trust at their dealership to go back with any future concerns with my vehicle. I will continue to do business with Nissan.

I went to go get my windows tinted and I was treated with the outmost respect and attentiveness. I was fed great delicious breakfast, which included coffee and menudo! They finished my car way sooner than expected, and gladly even fixed a mistake I made. I'd like to mention that Xander exceeded all of my expectations in customer service! I am very happy with Charlie Clark Nissan of Harlingen! Will be returning again for sure.

The most recent encounter was the continuation of the scheduled recall. I will say that the staff is very courteous and helpful. Some things are out of their control. The service department protocols need to be reviewed to maximize efficiency.
