Don’t bother wasting your time! This place says it’s open, but never is. Won’t waste my time again and certainly wouldn’t support a business run like this. Hard Pass!

Placed an order for a Napoleon Grill on December 27. Was told just a few weeks and it would be in but they would call and confirm with me. On January 10, I called to get confirmation and see if there was an ETA as I was just curious on what the timeline would be. The employee said he would have the owner give me a call. Did not hear anything. So I stopped by the store the following weekend. I spoke with an employee who took my information and said he would have the owner call me. Did not hear anything. I called again on January 25, same exact thing. Stopped by the store again last weekend and talked with the employee about getting a call because i just want conformation the grill has been ordered. He apologized and gave me the owners number to call. I have called multiple times over the last week and left voicemails and text messages. I have not once heard from anyone regarding what is going on with my grill. I get delays happen, which is fine. But I have not gotten a response even once from anyone. I stopped by the store today, February 3, at 1: 00 in the afternoon and the store was closed. I see that this seems to be a recurring issue from other reviews and also see that some patrons have had to take the owner to small claims court in the past few months.

Last few times I’ve been there it always seems to be closed with a different sign on the door.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.i, just like several other people, special ordered a Napolean grill. I was told a week or two and it's been four months. They can't or won't provide an updated delivery and refuse to refund our money. This guy is shady do not take a chance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Purchased Napoleon grill, power burner and accessories from Sean at Charred 380 Grills & Outdoor on June 19,2023. As of this posting on 10/6/2023 I have received no products or any refund. I contacted Napoleon because they have him listed as a Diamond Distributor and they told me they have received several complaints about Sean. Buyer beware of this business. Go purchase your grilling products somewhere else.

Like the most recent people here I am also a victim of what looks to be sketchy business practices. Hired Charred over 2 months ago to build outdoor kitchen, took me 3-4 weeks to get them on-site, was promised the next week. Now the Mason is done and is coming to my house because he hasn’t been paid and can’t get ahold of the owner for payment. Meanwhile the store charged most of the financing so they have the money from the bank. I am now in a dispute with the bank, have filed an attorney general complaint, and gearing up for the likley small claims court. All the while not being able to get ahold of the owner and giving him countless opportunities to make this right.

I’ve had a similar nightmarish experience to John D. I ordered a Coyote Gas Grill and a Kamado Big Joe III on June 3rd. Charred cashed the check immediately but I still have nothing. I have verified that it is not a product availability issue. I’m exhausted from chasing it.

Just wanted to update - as of 7/25/23 still nothing from Charred.

Another update, as of 8/3/23, still no grills and zero communication from Sean/Charred 380. Pathetic…

Buyers beware. Ordered a Coyote grill on 5/31/2023 and nothing but excuses from Sean for 6+ weeks now. Here's the problem, I contacted his Milestone Distributor (Carrolton, TX) directly and they confirmed unit is in inventory and ready for pick-up BUT must be paid prior to pick-up. Where did the money you received from us go? Communication is horrible, intermittent at best. Tired of attempting to resolve this like "normal people". We've driven by his store 7 times, 6 call attempts, and dozens of texts. I give up, now I'm having to file a dispute with my bank, Better Business Bureau, Texas Attorney General's Office or whoever else I can. I only purchased from Charred 380 to support our local brick and mortar businesses.skip this and just buy online or from another retailer. I wanted to solve this without this bad review because I feel for the guy BUT if he can't even call me to talk then I've exhausted myself. John in Prosper, TX.

Charred 380 is a great place for all of your outdoor bbq needs. Sean and team are very knowledgeable and will help you develop your skill set.

Sean and his team are wonderful. He is willing to answer all of my questions and the store carries the latest in grilling stuff. He remembers his customers and makes you feel like you are the only customers he has. Sean is loyal to the military and always offers 10%, even when other shops selling the same items won't. If you haven't visited Sean and you love to grill (or even if you are new to grilling), take the time to stop by. You won't be disappointed!

Great hidden gem! The staff is always willing to help even being under staffed. Always up on the latest spices and trends. I will always support the small locals. Great job!

Great experience and support from Charred—Sean went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my grill, super helpful and I highly recommend these guys!
