Doctor always pleasant and very knowledgeable able whatever is going on with us as patients, my entire family members are patients of dr. Dele

I would give zero stars If I could, this doctors office is very unprofessional. The staff is rude and the doctor is also rude at times when he is seeing you. They do not return phone calls when you leave a voice message they do not return emails and they do not answer the phone I have had to literally get in my car and drive all the way to the office to get answers. In my opinion, Dr. Olusanya is only good for prescription refills and referrals to other doctors. If you need more than that, then I suggest you find a different doctor.

Oh I just was very pleased with time consuming with me and time of nit having to wait for hrs to be seen. Better and Better.

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment at this facility or not be prepared to wait an additional hour to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. If I could give them a zero I would.

The is Best staff that ever seen in his office. They were friendly and attentive! Love this new staff. And they do answer the phone.

I really enjoy my doctor at Chater Medical Center. Dr. Oladele Olusanya is the best. He makes sure that my health is very important to him and that I stay on top of everything and I keep track of everything. I would definitely refer other people to him.

THE NURSE ASK ME WAS I DUMB BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT A NEW MEDICINE SHE WAS TRYING TO PUT ON ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT THE DOCTOR I LOVE HIM HE REALLY CARES

I didn't felt heard I felt rushed out the room. I told the doctor that I fell at work on my first appointment and when I went back for a follow up the doctor acted if he had no clue what I was talking about, he didn't even read my chart then said he couldn't handle my case because I fell at work. The same thing I told him on my first visit. So as I said wasn't heard at all

They never answer the phone and I have to drive to the office just to get the information that I called about. I am also not pleased with the way I was treated by the doctor on last week.

Once I hound Dr. Oladele whom help me with medical issues by referring me hart specialist, hip-C, diabetic, for 12 yrs.now. Thank Jesus Christ and The Charter Center.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. “Dr” is very rude, into fat-shaming, against breastfeeding, and an all around quack. He made sure my daughter was completely humiliated, made her repeat after him what she could not eat because he made the visit entirely about being overweight. This was not the reason for the visit, yet he obsessed over it and would not let up. I have never seen such unprofessional, unethical, and ignorant treatment of a human being in my life. DO NOT waste your time with this place, you won’t get the proper diagnosis and it’s not worth it.

Dr. Is very nice, but the staff is a little rude and seems to show un PROFESSIONALISM, and shows
unconcerned or interest in the patients. They Never answer the phones. This type behavior causes people to go somewhere where they will get better treatment.

I waited for 2 hours he did not help at all and just referred me to another place, one his assistants had me waiting an extra 30 minutes because she wasn't paying attention and thought I left.

Dr. O is always upfront and honest with his assessments. He truly seems to care about his PT’s health and progress. He is always putting the PT’s needs first.

This is my first time visiting this clinic, but I can say that first impressions are everything and I love the professionalism of the staff and the care and compassion the doctor displayed. I will definitely make this my new primary care provider.

Everyone was very nice except the receptionist.

It was great, the dr was straight to the point and I didn't feel like asked me a bunch of useless questions unpertaining to my personal issues.
