Employees here are nice but my chase business checking experience was terrible. Long story short, this account and debit card was constantly frozen or not working, customer service never told me why. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

I came in here to get a cashiers check as well as to check a whether or not I had met the conditions for an offer I entered into months prior. I had never been to this branch before, but it was an okay branch looks wise. I started at the regular counters and nothing out of the ordinary. Walked me through process got me the cashiers check and I was about to leave, but wanted to see if I had actually met qualifications to earn the bonus for opening an account. I then sat for a couple minutes waiting and then eventually was helped out the branch manager Alison. My experience her was the only reason I am even leaving a review, otherwise a typical experience as before has no need. She sat down with my and manually drew out the days and counted with me to see if I qualified. Her energy was great and she helpful and kind. She said if I had any issues regarding the promotion to just call her back and she’ll get some additional paperwork to the division that deals with this. She is far from average when it came to customer service skills and for that reason alone I recommend this bank over any others!

I came in on Halloween because I had a problem related to my account and was helped by Rachelle. She helped me right away even though the bank wasn't open for another 10 minutes. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease and she did an outstanding job helping me solve my problem. I will definitely be going back to her for all my banking needs. Thanks Rachelle!

Christine Lied and said that I met my requirements and would get my bonus for opening a business account. Then she denied that she said that. Cant even transfer money online. I'll be moving back to BOA

Terrible attitude problem at this branch. You would think Chase or the managers at this branch would see all these bad reviews and do something about it but maybe the managers are the problem and Chase is too big to care about their clients.

I have been calling for well over an hour now and keep getting the same response, “I’m sorry all of our reps are on other calls, call again later”. Are you kidding me? There’s no option to leave a message or even be put on hold, at least then I wouldn’t have to continue wasting my time calling back every two minutes just trying to get through. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to the branch to have a 2 minute conversation when it’d be handled much easier over the phone.

A terrible customer experience. After over 10 years of happily banking with Chase, I will be closing my accounts and leaving the bank due to the inept customer service of Alison Reynolds, Branch Manager. Do not look for humanity there nor any accountability at the bank for their mistakes.

This bank sucks! They can't talk to about my account without me calling the 1800 number, Can't pull my account up by social. I was told that if I did a deposit through my app I would have funds the next day and as long as it is pending, I would not be charged an insufficient funds fee. That was A LIE! I can't have my funds released because they don't have access. I will close my account today and go back to my ufcu account.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have mysteriously reset my mobile device password. The second time this has happened. I call to get help again only to be reminded I can't get any help because of the way our joint account was set up. I opened a joint account with my husband. The male banker entered our joint account information and only listed my husband as the primary on the account. As a woman and as the money manager for my family needing my husband's permission to access our funds is insulting, chauvinistic and bad banking. I have to physically go into a bank w/my husband so he can give me "permission" to access an count that should have been set up with both of us as primary users to begin with. Next time we go into this bank, it will be to close our account.

If there were negative stars to give this branch, I absolutely would. The manager, a women of Asian descent, is disrespectful, patronizing, and discourteous. She would not hear my plea in a request I had and simply saw me indifferent and denied to help me. By the apparent awful reviews this branch has, this branch should absolutely shut down, or there needs to be a change with the staff. I almost closed
my Chase bank account today, but since I am in the process of a loan, I couldn’t. I am just outraged that the place you entrust to store your hard earned money doesn’t value the customer.

Chase claims they have $0 liability for fraud. However, someone skimmed my ATM card and was able to get $1000 out of my account. Chase claims it's my fault and will not reimburse. Turns out bank robbery is easy at Chase.

Basically Kelly the asian girl and the Homosexual teller in the front told me that they could do things that are outside their policy if anybody in the bank knew me, otherwise they wouldn't do it.the guy in the preferred customers cubicle is just on his cellphone talking to his friend and the rest of the team look so unhappy.
Not a single effort or empathy to help their customers, their customer service makes you talk to overseas people that you couldn’t understand.

Absolutely inept. Take your business elsewhere. We've been Chase customers for a decade and are leaving. All they care about it profit with zero service. They messed up paperwork, lost our loan file for 3 weeks and have taken over three months to process closing out a car loan, all due to completely irresponsible management. And no one there cares. Sure, they give all kinds of apologies, but nothing gets done. Worthless branch of a worthless bank. Go elsewhere.

Martin is excellent at establishing rapport. He does a thorough job of explaining bank policy in terms that are easy for the client to understand.
Kelly Patterson, in addition to having Branch Management responsibilities, assists the platform when needed and does an excellent job in the process.

I have to say that i am very disappointed!
I went inside to do some withdraws and deposits and my 3 year old daughter had to go to the restroom and I asked where the restroom was I was told they have to public restrooms. They should atleast have restrooms for their customers! I had to leave to go across the street to take my to the restroom that is horrible! Especially after you seen that it was my daughter that needed to go

Your standard Chase bank. Plenty of parking in the lot and easy access off Congress (there is a traffic light). There is an ATM machine just inside the first set of doors.

I went in to tell them I was going overseas and what to do about my banking and I came out of there with plenty of information about how to travel. Thank you! Great service - I do need to check the lost and found though- I left my small purse there yesterday 6/6/16

Convenient location for a Chase Bank. I go here quite often. Depends on who you get you can be in and out quickly.
