Best Chase bank I’ve ever been to. Everybody is always so nice and welcoming. Great people work at this location.

2 ATM ramps showing available with green light in drive thru.
1 ATM is removed long time ago but green light is still on.
The other ATM can’t do cash deposit or cash withdrawals so what can it do? Accept check deposit for people who can’t use app deposit. It should display what it can’t do in first screen so that people don’t have to wait in line. Also no 24Hr ATM in this location.

In a world where you can pickup a cellphone and text, email or call with the push of a button.you would think that communication would be easy. However, using Chase Bank and Mr. Lewis has debunked this theory. Multiple phone calls, and emails and a 52 day closing has now pushed to 55 with still no word from Scott. If you're thinking of using him, please call ANY real estate agent in your area and ask for someone that will at the bare minimum.answer a simple phone call.

TERRIBLE customer service! Their "legal team" (which the bankers actually have no way of contacting) denied our request with the excuse that they didn't have the original documents for the account, but they HAD to have the documents to even open the account in the first place! The branch manager was not understanding of our frustration and concerns by any means, and he did not offer us any solutions for our situation. They truly do not want to help you when it comes to making account changes.

Teach your staff better custimer service skills. The guy working tbe drove thru on Friday 7-26 is horrible. Just opened my accpunt and already disappoinred with the way i was treated.

I’ve always had good experiences with Chase and JP Morgan, in general. They have my mortgage, couple retirement accounts and some credit cards. Any financial problems I have are usually bad money management on my part but if not I’ve never had a problem with getting my issues resolved at Chase bank.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They know this location gets busy during lunch hour and does not tell the customers it will be over 30 min wait! And they decided to let their staff allll go to lunch and have 2 people. Look yall need to get it together. People who just need to open a savings need 1 designated person for that! What a shame. That man who let's people know they will be next. Needs training.

This branch is rude and racist.simply put. I am disappointed because I have been a customer for 10 plus years and now I am seeing that this institution does not value ots customers.

Chase is great in general and this branch is the best. They really get to know their customers and do their best to get things done. Any time we have any issue it is addressed and resolved immediately and their app and website are second to none in the banking industry. On the business side talk to Stacy. For personal Kim and Celia are awesome. Ruben the branch manager is always willing to step in and help too. Highly recommend them!

Even when the manager is present and my check was endorsed by both parties it was written too, they still would not cash it without my wife present because I don't bank there. AFTER I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE SHE DIDNT NEED TO BE PRESENT!
