Chase Bank, Fort Worth TX

First time visiting this Chase branch. There were a lot of customers waiting as it was a busy time of day. Shout out to Melanie Rangel for helping me with my needs. Professional and compassionate.

I had questions about a wire transfer. While the 1 teller attempted to wait on 4 customers, the one banker sat texting and sent me to the teller, who was unable to answer my questions.

At my other bank, the manager would have answered my questions or helped the teller.

Chase’s inconsistent quality of service proves they are too big.

I looked on the website and it said open 24/7 and I get here and they don’t open till 9 am like all locations but my thing is why say your open 24/7 and then when people show up they have to wait outside in the cold rain or heat please help me understand

Also they took away the box or table with the deposit or withdraw slips at the location from the middle of the floor and when I get to the teller to deposit she hands me the deposit slip and I’m wondering why don’t they have this on the floor anymore so that I can fill it out get in line and wait. Instead of getting in line going to the teller getting it filling it out and then have them tell you to go wait back in line at this point I rather use the atm and the funny thing is I was the second one in there one else except me and a elderly woman.

Slowest drive thru banking, been sitting here 45 minutes writing this as im still waiting with only three cars in whole drive thru.

Deandre was always so very patient and kind to my elderly mother, and I am grateful to all the help he gave her. Also, Diana was wonderful as well. Now that my mother has passed, I would like Chase Bank to know what wonderful employees they have.

Manager Valerie has very poor customer service. She was asked to assist the teller with my transaction, and she cause more stress then before she felt the need to explain policy that was not in question, then went on to insult me by stating that she wants me to understand, after I asked to stop with the small talk she continue, this encounter has discouraged me to even want to open an Chase account and assured me not to ever come back to this branch for any service!

Rude Banker, instead of help you will get humiliated if they don’t like your accent! Very sad Chase hires such people!

Got in the drive thru lane at 4: 55 on Friday 9/4, behind 3 other cars, the lady in front of me sent her tube back and fourth 3 time's, so when I get up to the kiosk at 5: 20 the girl tells me that they are closed. With me, my wife and my 3 children and my parents, we have a total of 9 accounts with Chase. Come Monday morning, I'm closing them ALL OUT and going to Frost Bank, where I can get treated like a human being and not a freaking number. Chase BITES

Not even a one star. Never heard of a bank denying a customer to withdraw money from our own acct. Racist prejudice people work here questioning wether the money in our acct. Is ours and where it came from. The worst

This Chase Bank in Forest Hill are never busy every time I walk in there they hardly have any customers, I don’t know why they NEVER answer their phones!
It’s sad how I always have to call a different Chase Bank that is way busier so I could talk to a teller etc
And they always answer.

Just recently switched to chase and I'm not happy with this bank at all I would advise to go somewhere else.
