19Worse customer service. Wait for hour just for a question, and agents spending time in texting.
Branch manager Cmore is unprofessional. He think wearing jeans is a good attire. Plus long wait time. And the glass doors is broken. Very bad area.
Every. Single. Time. I've decided to stop at this branch, there's been an issue with the drive-up ATMs. I'm usually driving past after they've closed for the day, so it's not like I can use the ATMs inside.
For 4 days now I have come to this branch to see a notary.and 4 times in a row I have been told "come back tomorrow between 9-5"
I get that things happen and people get sick, but for the floor staff to tell me the same BS 4 trips in a row is frustrating. Will not be using this branch anymore.
Phone service is not professional I try five times and couldn’t get anybody on the line at this branch automated system disconnect the call after five to seven minutes hold.
I came to write a review and I already saw their poor rating. Well, it shows. They make me wait two days to get an appointment, tell me what I need to bring to the appointment, in an email, and I follow their directions. And on the day of the appointment, I still don't have the requirements needed (according to them). I brought my wife's green card, social security number, passport, and two forms of address verification. This branch might have the most incompetent staff in all of Chase, which says a lot. Joel Gonzalez was my personal banker; the guy knows nothing about his job. Even something routine like opening an account.what a waste of time and gas coming here. Never again

I don't know about this bank we have cashed several checks before and one we cashed through moble app and it says it has to clear for 10 days does not make sense and so we called the customer that is on the check to just cancel it so they can pay a different way and he tells us his account shows they took the money out 2 days ago we have called and called and they all tell us it will show up the next day in our account it's always the next day and it never does and then the ones in this bank location just want you to keep calling because they are to lazy to have time for customers really awful customer service on phone and in this location I'm going to cancel this bank and open with another bank this is rediculous
I loved coming here, the two young men that have helped me before have provided great help. One of them is Jonathan and I don’t remember the other guys name but he’s been just as helpful. Today other people send me back and forth with false information. At first I was told the wait was an hour and I could return and get done what I needed. When I come back the older women with short hair tells me the guy can set up an appointment for me when previously the guy had told me he cannot set up an appointment for me. Then the lady tells me I can do what I need online and I tell her I understand that but I have questions that I need answers to so I need to speak with a person. She tells me to sit down and wait and I’ll get help. She comes a few minutes later tells me I can’t get help without an appointment and they can’t set an appointment for me. She again tells me to go online, something we already went over. So that tells me that these people don’t want to do their job. She asks if I have an account with chase already and then remembers that she can after all set an appointment for me. I left. I was made to feel like she did not want to help me. This isn’t the professionalism I have received at this branch before. Hopefully something can be done where you stop lying to people and be truthful upfront.
Horrible customer service at this location. Went in for a notary and it became a night mare. The lady there (Eudora, I think her name is) kept me for close to 30 minutes trying to verifying if she could notarize my signature or not, because I did not have the entire document. I emailed the document to her and told her I needed just the last page. She wanted me to sit down and fill out the entire document even though I had turned in the documents to the company that needed it and they sent me the last page to notarize. She did not know what she was doing, does not understand the job of a notary public. She made me raise my hand as if swearing to an oath. First time that a notary public made me raise my hand to swear an oath before notarizing my signature. So many bad reviews and complaints about this location and the management is doing nothing to improve their customer service. It's a shame.
Zero stars! Is this branch ran by a doctor.they open at 9: 06. Took 30 minutes to deposit a check in the drive through.
Their ATMs on the drive-through literally half the times not excepting deposits unable to withdraw cash no receipts they should just close down the drive-through to prevent people from driving to the ATM so they can read those constant errors. This used to be a great location it’s gone downhill. Even the signs outside are always torn and one of them actually is broken. Today will be the last time I ever try or attempt to do anything at this location I’m just gonna drive further down to the next location eventually I’m sure I’ll close out my accounts.
Worst customer service at this location. The last 3 times I’ve stopped by to get documents notarized, the notary was “out” or “out of notary pages. ” You’re better off driving a little further to Mason/I-10 or Eldridge/Briar Forest for your banking needs.
Customer service are so bad employees doesn't know how to talk to there customers it was really very bad experience for me never ever go there agine and waist my time with people doesn't respect there customers
At this location I’m only talking about the outside ATM machines which they are always broken or you cannot take any money or put money in. It seems like it happens all the time.

They don’t know how to talk with their customers. I went to this branch to add my husband to my account I shown them ID and social security proof verification. They refuse to add my husband to my account. Because they said they need more proof.
I will never return to this bank location again. Now I have to go to another bank location.
ATM never works! Forced to come to this branch after the Morton store closed and this location will be what makes me leave Chase.
Terrible costumer service and they don’t even have enough employees to take care of costumers, they made me go 3 times this week for opening a business account and adding a person to the account, at the end they were no able to help me after wasting my time. I ended up going to another chase where they took care of me right in the moment I walked in and 15 minutes later i was leaving with the solution I needed. AVOID this sucursal it will save you time and a headache.
I want to say thank you so much to Eudora Burgess! She was so fantastic helping me. I came in with an impossible situation trying to find a copy of a check I needed and I absolutely had no information on me to give to her to help her find it but she found it and saved my day! She was even very kind and friendly. Her customer service and calm demeanor was amazing! Thank you so much! Love this bank!
