Fast and friendly service, get my cashiers check and deposit done in 5 mins! Don’t know why people are giving one star but I will definitely be back!

What ever you do. Do not go to a lady named Paola. I went in to cash my check.she took it and did whatever she wanted to do with it. I wanted it in cash but instead she put it in my account without my permission and I had to wait for it to clear to get my money.horrible service!

Showed up and waited. And waited. And waited. Saw 4 female employees in front of the drive thru window gossiping and drinking coffee, not helping anyone. Funally got helped after 10 minutes of being the only person in line. Thankfully this is my jobs bank, i wouldnt use this bank fpr any personal accounts. They always lose deposits and then blame anyone but themselves.

I joined due to issues with my previous bank with hopes of this being a better option. It’s been a month since I opened my account and I still haven’t received my debit card. No one ever answers the phone even when there’s employees there and they make it difficult to schedule an appointment. This place has low reviews for a reason. Don’t waste your time.

You cant download or email your own statements, the app is slow and has lots of bugs, money transfers take way to long compared to other banks and their phone system hangs up on you, you can never reach anyone for customer service, and when you do, its someone working a call center and they are only useful at wasting your time. I am going back to Navy Federal december 1st. (The people that work inside are nice, its how the bank operates that is highly inconvenient)

The teller said I had to have my babies birth certificate and ssn to open a savings account. So I got that. When I came back she said it’s too late. Today is Tuesday they close at 5. It’s 3: 30 right now. Rude n lazy. They should have better customer service. Or retrain the workers.

I wish they would CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. They are awful and its such a huge inconvenience to bank here. The absolute worst and its obvious by their reviews. They have shown time and time again they will never do better. Please read these reviews and dont ever bank here. Terrible and absolutely slow service.

They never answer the phone. I dont see why USAA does business with them if this is a good representation of Chase bank by JP Morgan.

Bank anywhere else if you live in Amarillo. Nice staff but ATM never works and waits are terrible. Often I’ll drive from Canyon to realize their ATM is just not working for some unexplained reason.

They had me going back and forth to this bank, one time trying to set up an appointment for me to open an account using my phone number text messaging and email, extremely difficult to forecast the future for an appointment when working, and juggling life's everyday tasks! On my fifth time returning it was the same thing, blocking me online, and asking me to make an appointment again, I simply said thank you and got smart! Wearing a shirt with biblical scripture on it, & still turned away! I turned my back on them and went to Amarillo National Bank there i was welcomed with open arms and my account was set up in 15 to 20 minutes! We should all just go to Amarillo National Bank & Thank You Amarillo National Bank!

Every time I go in this branch I have a horrible experience. Long wait time and just one person working for the whole lobby. Even though there are other people working and walking around. I was running to a doctor appointment and had to do a transaction in person. After waiting 10 minutes in line and asking a lady just walking around if there was anyone else that could open up, she said no. Literally the man at the only open window was there for 10 minutes and didn't look like he was leaving any time soon. I had to leave after 10 minutes of waiting and being the second person in line so I wouldn't be late to the doctor.

Time to move my money to a local bank and not this horrible chain that doesn't care to help their customers by providing good service. Shame on you Chase Bank of Amarillo. Customer service should be your top priority.

I just recently had a horrible experience with this bank. I had a family member pass away that left me as a beneficiary of her life insurance and with me moving to a new city soon that has several chase banks, I decided to open up a new account to deposit the check from the life insurance company. I signed up online for a checking account as suggested because one has to have an appointment to do so in person. I then went through the drive thru and proceeded to deposit my check in this new account with Chase. While in the drive thru, after my deposit, I was told by the teller: “This money will be on hold until 11/30/21 until then, you only have access to 200.00 if it. ” This is understandable for verification purposes, on 11/30/21 I did an online transfer of 2,000$ through chase app to my sister to share some money, also proceeded To go through the drive thru to successfully withdraw Money with no problem later that same day.

The next day I also wanted to take some money out for a down payment, so I went inside only to be told that my account was on restriction and that I needed to call this number they gave me to lift the restriction.

I called this number so they could “verify the maker of the check. ” Well when I called this number, I spoke to a representative who placed me on hold to call this Life insurance Company, and I was told that they were unable to verify so the account would stay on restriction until then.

After that day I would keep calling.waiting on someone to answer for 1hr 17 min. Also used the callback service they provided once I was called I was prompted to “press 1 to speak to a representative, then I’d be waiting for 30 mins and all of a sudden on their end the phone call would end. I went through several rounds like that waiting for 45 mins to an hour and then “click” the phonevcall would hang up/ end abrupt.

I the got a letter in the mail dated: 12/01/21 stating: “If funds are not verified SOON, the account will be closed and Chas Bank. I never received any kind of text message or email with notifications of changes made to my account. I went inside the bank dealing with the representative there who went on the phone for me (I think chase Bank has a priority during calls and don’t have to wait like the customers do). The restriction was lifted and my account was then put on a hold so my the maker of the check I deposited could be verified. I thought things were going well and the next day they closed my account.terrible customer service I shouldn’t have to call them to verify anything these things should be automatically done without me having to worry about anything.

I was directed to the fraud department where they did apologize for the bad customer service and stated that they will mail me my check through the mail by express. I almost gave up and if I did chase would have most certainly kept my money. Be careful folks.

Terrible service at branch location, won't answer local phone number, can't get through on 800 number because no options are what I need. This is so ridiculous!

As a long time customer… Horrible service, branch manager has the audacity to call my wife a liar when we relayed information we were given by one of their representatives. Filed complaint with corporate. Never thought Chase standards would sink so low.

All my experiences have been in n out. Love chase. The only one problem I have is getting charged $5 for a money order. Store down the street charges 67¢. Other than that I really like it
