Obscene that a 25-year customer can't get anyone at my branch on the phone. I remember when they used to have actual customer service, now the word "CHASE" is what you have to do to try and talk to a human.

Hard to believe this is a Chase Bank branch. Sat in the lobby for 10 minutes and someone finally appeared and said I'll have to make an appointment on the mobile app. " But we do accept walk-ins". Weird double speak and very low customer service at this location.

This location like many others decide not to answer their phones whatsoever. Not good for customer service. Left me waiting in the waiting area for one hour with only the door attendant showing me where to sit. Trying to open a new account but I will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible location can never get Into the bank because the chick filet line blocks the bank entrance, the bank should really make a complaint about this issue such an inconvenience for banking customers

We walked in to wolf ranch Georgetown location at 1: 45, NO ONE was inside, no one, just the staff. We needed to add my husband to the account we opened in line, and they said they didn’t have time to do that, they closed at 2pm and it took 30 minutes! I was told to come in no appointment needed. EXTREMELY rude, Manager on duty and Sid. And yes it took 20 minutes to pull into driveway because of chick fil a line!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a local rep (Georgetown, TX) on the phone to schedule an appointment to talk with someone at my local bank!

Great bank but the traffic from Chick-fil-A is ridiculous. Can never get in or out because the 100 car lines outside blocking all business's and entrances to shopping center.

Been a loyal customer for 10 years. No bank has met the quality and knowledge then Chase. When things needed real attention, they met the higher standard. I will not bank anywhere else. Thank you J. P. Morgan Chase Bank

Worst Chase branch ever! Spent 15 minutes in drive through without a single vehicle in three lanes driving away with their business taken care of. Called branch to confirm someone was working drive through only to eventually be told no one could answer. Went inside lobby and line of 8 people. Went to ATM and told it couldn’t accept cash. Drove to Round Rock branch and was in and out of drive through in 3 minutes. Never again will i visit the Georgetown branch.

Wow decided to give them one more try. Run from Chase. 2 calls to this branch within 48 hours and never got a call back like promised. I was hung up on by their 1800 number. Spoke to an account supervisor with the 1800 number who was rude and should be promoted janitor.

The only ATM is out of order. There isn't one in the lobby. I don't ask anything of brick and mortar banks except easy access to cash, that is the only reason I go.

This branch is imposible to access because of the Chic Fila next door that allows traffic to block the entrance to the bank parking lot. I avoid this branch like the plague and frequent the branch in Leander which is nice to do business with.

Long wait, confusing layout. A lobby leader of some type would help. There are several people wondering the lobby waiting to be helped or at least told what to do. Disorganized and understaffed. Leadership would help this branch. It's a shame that chase with all its tools and resources wont.or cant do better.

Terrible service. I just need to link my ssn to the account i have with you. Called in and they asked me to go to branch as there is none in My region. Wasted a full 80 minutes without anyone helping. Will move to BOFA for better. ‍️

The chase ATM always has some issue with it, either you can't deposit money or you can't withdraw money. The people inside can be rude as well depending on who it is.

I know it’s hard finding employees but something has to give. Sitting in drive thru for over 20 minutes. No can’t use ATM for this transaction. Have to do chase!

This chase ATM is ALWAYS down. Never accepting deposits. Maybe if you fix your machine you won't have so much back up and work for the tellers.

Worst Chase ever, how is it possible that I am a US permanent resident and the banker that was supposed to help me to open a new account needed a proof of residence?
I brought my id, green card and social security card, also the lease of the house I just move, but she needed a bill, how is it possible if I just move? !
So I went to another branch and the guy was very professional and he open the bank account for me with the documents I got, he said that you only need proof of resident if you do not have a green card.
I know Chase is a good bank, but be more professional and try to help people SPECIFICALLY when they want to be part of your institution.
