10It’s been about 2 weeks since the atm machine they have outside their place where you access it driving your car is not working and they still haven’t fixed it.
Had a problem with my debit card, came to this branch on Alameda, Adolfo took care of it quickly and efficently! Thank you for the great service! This gentleman made me feel at ease and resolved the problem efficently! Thank you very much Adolfo!
The lady at front Viri was upset because I went to make a deposit of a money that my wife just withdraw fro her bank account that same day, “she was like I just gave someone this money earlier and this is suspicious” i told her to mind her business and she was like well no one can’t escape the IRS and I told her yes mam you’re looking at a tax preparer agent and I know how everything works and she just got all quite. If you see this please mind your own business lady remember you have a job because of people like us.
I work in a business office dealing with the public so, from time to time, I need to go to the bank to get operating change. I use the Drive Thru all the time and I will tell you, every teller I have had the pleasure of working with was just Awesome. They have always been polite and courteous, always with a delightful smile on their faces. Keep up the "superb" work.
Security Guard is awfully nice and the customer service was very helpful. They even helped me rewrite the name of the receiver on my cashier check.
Terrible terrible service, they should of closed this branch instead of the one on Piedras St.
Each time I’ve come into this branch the customer service from the staff is exceptional. They have always been professional and polite with each transaction. As a courtesy, I have even received phone calls from the branch manager herself just to thank me for being a member and to ask if she could help me with anything.
Keep up the great work everyone! It’s hard to find good customer service and great people anywhere besides Chick-fil-A nowadays, but you are amongst the elite in that aspect.
It's the worst bank I've ever been in, the worst deal they can offer you.two of his employees need to learn manners if you want to be called a thief and treated with the toe is the right place to go
I come to this location almost every day for work transactions and I’ve never had any problems. All the tellers have good great attitudes and always polite. Questions have been answered with no problem
Had money in my acct and tried to get a cashiers check and was told the money was in my acct but still couldn’t get a cashiers check
I left the bank and called the 1-800 number and was told my money in my acct was ready for immediate use no restrictions at all, went back to the same branch and was told the same thing again, still turned my request down, drove across town to another chase bank on lee Trevino and was able to do business as usual no problems collecting my cashiers check, some people look for ways to help Customers and others look for ways no to help, in this case I think they took things personal and looked For ways not to help me. It’s sad when 2 different chase banks in the same city conduct business totally different and the one who pays the price is the customer having to make calls and travel to different locations to get things handled.
