No feedback, no help, no email, no ability to speak with a representative, terrible digital customer service. When dialing a service representative, the phone will ring about two times and immediately hangs up on me. If you are a busy person and don’t have much spare time to figure out chases problems, then I most definitely suggest banking elsewhere. Sad

Can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone no matter how many times you call. Get automated system and makes it damn near impossible to even attempt to reach an actual person in the branch for them to not even pick up.

Absolute worst customer service! They've also closed drive thru & blame it on COVID. Please figure that one out.
To many other banks out there that don't have ridiculous rules & procedures. GO ELSEWHERE!

By far the worst banking experience I’ve had! I do not think the manager there does her job! I went there many times try to set up my bank beneficiary but don't succeed. I had an appointment last week with Breda Pottkotte, I requested my drivers license and Resident certificate, but it had expired from last 2 weeks! Then she refused to help me.after came home, l talked to my friends about it, my friends remained me that I had already applied citizen ship last year and U. S. Immigration Services was received my case and a receipt notice was sent to me, that was why I no need my Resident certificate renewed. I mad another appointment online for next day with Breda Pottkotte today again, we talked on phone and I remained her about my appointment then I told her that my receipt notice of Immigration could be used as my Resident certificate.but she still refused that " what I only can do is swipe your Certificates on the machine, I will get trouble if I help you without swiping your Certificates on the machine" ridicules, then I requested her manager talk to me on phone, " ok, I will let her call you back". Do you think they would call me back? Never! They even never answer the phone! What can I do? I called on line Chase bank and talked to the supervisor, he said Chase bank Rules: only the driving license, no any other
certificate requested?

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK! They would not cash a check I was given by a customer because it exceeds the amount able to cash for non account holders. They didn't even call the customer who wrote the check or anything. NO OTHER BANK DOES THIS, I cash checks all the time at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Southside Bank, Spirit of Texas, etc. THIS IS THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH.

I went online to schedule an appointment to talk to a loan officer, they stayed online I had to call or go in to schedule an appointment. So I called l, the lady asked for my information then told me all loan officers were working from home and would give me a call
What? !? ! So glad I didn't make the trip down there to schedule a phone appointment. I'll wait to talk to someone face to face about things that are pretty important. I get being safe and social distancing, but most of us are all going through financial difficulties, it would be nice to feel like our bank was there for us.

ATM on drive-through does not work, no sign or red light that shows it’s out of order. Went inside and this other ATM was not reading my card for some reason. Got in line, waited for about 10 minutes because there was only one clerk, don’t know what she was doing but was taking for ever, end up leaving, only had an hour for lunch.

They don't answer the phone and no longer have an actual PERSON to assist with Investments. I guess they don't train people for that anymore.just bilingual employees that nod. Other branches in Tyler are same.

By far the worst banking experience I’ve had. Steer clear of Chase Total Business. They put holds on your deposits and make deposits disappear from your account over night like they were never there. I had a transfer from an outside credit card processing platform deposit into my checking account and now two days later the transaction and all it’s details are missing from my account. I check on the outside platform and it says the transfer was made two days ago (which I verified the day before by personally seeing it in my Chase account). The whole experience has been sketchy, to say the least. I will be exploring other business checking options today and getting out of this mess ASAP!

They never answer the phone at this Chase location. I mean, 9 times out of 10, nobody answers the phone. It's the most unprofessional and unbelievable thing in the world, that Chase bank doesn't answer the damn phone. I just call back to back to back until they answer. It annoys them too. I can hear it in their voice when they answer.

I’m standing in the lobby, 15 minutes now and zero acknowledgment from any of the staff. Second time in two weeks. Bank elsewhere! I would if possible.
