If i could give zero i would Disrespectful, zero knowledge on the document, just trying rectify that they are right & we are wrong horrible bank service & the way they make things complicated I think they don’t need more customers

Closest location is 28 miles from me, that being said why can't they ever answer the phone so I can make an appointment? I've tried numerous times, months apart to no avail. When you call the branch number it just stays call back and hand up, been doing that for months as well! Maybe I'll take my MATURE IRA elsewhere!

The old lady at the teller is completely useless. I asked a few questions and all I got was "I don't know, I'm not sure ". So annoying.

Left number for a banker for a call back. Am 95% sure I did not recieve a call after a week. I feel they are hard to get ahold of, sit down with and do business.

Better shut down the location. Not helpful at all. When their ATM was not working, they didn't put up a sign so people were still trying to withdraw money. Customer service is by appointment only and all the staff is standing and talking. Compared to other bank’s customer service, they are not professional at all. Terrible!

Extreme confused about their banking practices.there’s a lobby full of people in line and they just randomly choose who to help first completely disregarding those that have waited longer. Completely inconsiderate of others time.

If i could give zero i would. Bank manager all but said a mistake that chase made was all my fault. Cost me thousands of dollars. This 15 year customer just found a new bank. Dont go there! Very disrespectful, unwilling to negotiate, took zero responsibility for mistake they made.

Attempted to open a business account online and once I submitted the application it told me “it looks like this part of our site isn’t working right now. Unfortunately, you’ll need to start your application over. ”
I called and spoke with a representative who suggested that I resubmit application online as I must have experienced a rare glitch.
After another 20 minute application, I was shown the same message. As a small business owner, time is money and I don’t have time to be misled and sent running in circles.
With this COVID-19 Situation, everyone should be very weary of banks like Chase who have poor online platforms and services. The last thing you want is to be stuck with no in person or online support!

I’m a college student trying to set up my first bank account and I had the most disrespectful woman help me. Would not answer my questions or help me in a well manner. Considering changing banks. I was shocked by the rude way she talked to me.

Dorene her customer service is absolutely amazing, you actually feel like a person rather than a dollar. I have never seen customer service as hers anywhere, definitely recommend this bank and her to get a raise.

Horrible bank, They wouldn’t even cash a check for me that was written on their bank. I had every form of ID they needed and refused it because of the amount. Now I have a check that I depended on that I can’t cash until I get to Louisiana where my bank is.
