5Good luck getting them to answer your phone call every single time I have called no one ever pick up I have to call 1-800 number to get help sad when it's 2 location in Longview no one picks up at both locations
I had opened a checking account with a banker named Deborah and she was asking me WAY too many personal questions about my life like I understand asking the income part due to account opening but, she asked me about how long I’ve worked at the job, what do I spend my money on, do I have a house and things like that. She was demanding and was saying that I need to do this or that with my life like she was a life coach or something. I will never come back to this location. Debbie or Deborah is soooo disrespectful and rude.

Great service. Customer rep I had dealt with helped me set up a bank account and was promptly able to come in and out as well as deposit a check.
They refuse to answer the phone when I need assistance with my account. Now me and my family will starve for the next few days because I can't access MY money. I dont know what I'll do.
