Chase Bank, Longview TX

Poor customer service. Do not attempt to open a new account because it is not a priority to them.

No body answered the phone and I’m a Chase private Cliant.
What a joke.
This is not service, it’s a waist of time and I have been a loyal customer for years.

ATMs are always broken, drive thru and walk up. They have been broken for 2 weeks. The other locations ATM is broke too.

ATMs here are not working half the time I need it. I have to go down to the Gilmer Rd location. Today, neither bank had working ATMs.

Very fast service, they got all my problems resolved. They are customer oriented and go above and beyond for their clientele. Very clean and organized, they offer seating in lobby area and they also have in bank atm and outside ATMs they even offer drive through assistance. You can cash checks here without a service fee and they also offer perks for new members!

They won't pick up the phone when I need help with my account. Now I don't have access to my money. My family will starve. Besides this cruelty, they treat me like trash because I'm not a narcissist that obsesses on my looks during the weekend. I prefer not to get robbed when I travel. Most Americans get robbed for having white teeth, a iphone, and a narcissist attitude. Just because I don't care how I look doesn't mean I'm poor.

ATMs AWFUL! This is ridiculous! For the last two weeks, every weekend, not only does this Chase bank location ATMs go down, but the other Chase bank located in Longview. There are a total of four ATM machines between the two banks, but this continues to happen on a regular basis. I actually called the Chase 800 number and lodged a complaint. This is ridiculous. Some of us have to deposit funds on a regular basis. But from Friday to Monda during normal weeks and during holiday weekends from Friday through Tuesday.

The service is already awful because there is usually one teller at the front and one in the drive-thru. Don't get me wrong once you are able to conduct business they are polite.

No matter who you are don't ask to use the restroom here.even though they have a restroom, no one can use it for "security"purposes.how in the world could I possibly compromise a bank from inside the men's restroom.the worst bank I've ever been inside of.

Horrible service, I've been a chase customer for years and went to this location to open account for our son and they turned us away.they have people there but said they didn't have time. It was 2pm in the afternoon. Ridiculous.

ATM always not working during holiday and most weekends. Hours are not available for business accounts.
