Chase Bank, New Braunfels TX

Been depositing my paychecks there for years and I’m tired of them holding my funds. It’s ridiculous. Get it together Chase Bank. Rude customer service also, at the location and at corporate.

Chase Bank isn’t worth even 1 star. They have screwed me so bad. There are so many other good banks. Don’t bank with Chase!

Always the longest wait times. Staff is slow slow slow. Drive through is a nightmare any given time.

Nicholas Castillo was truly amazing in closing my Certificate of deposit at the Walnut chase bank branch. I wanted to know what interest rate and factors.
Jennifer Montoya greeted me at the branch but didn’t seem like she cared about my issues. Once I sat in the cubicle she kept checking on others customers rather than me. Very unprofessional behavior and I felt like she did not care about me as a client. I hope Jen changes and apologize to me for her actions. Josh, Sabina, Marcia Laura and Christina are top notch people at the branch. I wanted to voice my concerns about how I was treated by Jennifer Montoya hopefully she changed her way she treats customers in the future!

If they didn’t run up to me as soon as I entered as if they thought I were going to rob it, I’d be good. I can count on them to have $2 bills. So glad they are open on Saturdays.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Josh and the branch manager Laura Solis went above and beyond to help me with notarizing a document. Highly recommend this Chase branch!

If you don’t have a account and if you want to cash a check over $2500 they can’t help you! What a joke! I’m a contractor and will no longer take checks from Chase Bank. I drove 39 mile to a branch that won’t even honor their own check!
