5This Bank don't tell you nothing they just shut your account down and don't even give you your money back that you had on your card
They dont care about you. I opened my account 1 month back. Zero assistance in applying for a credit card. Ignorant responses and they did not give me my 200$ promo. RBFCU or BoA are much better. Absolute disappointment.

Tim who was responsible with opening my account never put in the offer code for my new business account to redeem a promotion.
I wouldn’t trust these guys with your money. Go to a credit union or local bank with lower interests rates and bankers that have your best interest in mind.
Rude agent. Waited for 15 mins after my appointment time. No apologies, "So, what brought you here today~? "
I made a complaint about my account reminder call which was promised. She literally told me "don't blame the bank, we give out calls for courtesy".
Didn't know how to close C. D.account (or how the interest would work when it is not mature), another agent had to come.
Most importantly, I have NEVER been a bank where the agent do NOT print out receipt when I close/open accounts, transfer funds. Seriously? Especially when I closed out Savings Account and C. D. Account, and move funds to my checking?
Definitely need employee training. Feels very disrespected and under-serviced. Transfering all money out from chase.
UPDATE: Okay, this is very frustrating. Penny told me that I can close my checking online. But I must call or visit again according to the website.
I've been with Chase for over 20 years and with this branch since 2013. Let me start by saying the ladies that work here are as nice as can be. I tried to cash a check today. I had 4 times the amount of the check I was trying to cash on deposit with Chase. They refused to cash the check. I have never had Chase refuse to cash a check for me before. I don't know what this means or what has changed.
