7Horrible customer service! The gentlemen up front doesn’t want to help anyone and he treated us like we were a bother! I will NEVER go into this branch again!
Moving from out of town I decided to get some info on opening an account about 4: 40pm. Waited for about 5 min to be called. Talked over with a banker. After a 5 min talk. I decided to open an account, then was told that it would be too late to procees the application as it takes 30 min and it was 450pm. Never have I had a situation were a bank runs you away due to time to open an account. Disappointed.
Walked in and there was 1 person in the bank.and 2 employees. Terrible. All I wanted to do was add my chase cc to the account online. I waited 15 min to find out she didnt have time on her schedule to meet with us. And heard 4 times in 15 min.they close at 2pm.
Was told by her.no other appts in the area. I drove to the bank on Bryant Irvin and they got us in right Way! I'll be sure to drive out of my way next time to get better customer service. Dont understand why theres such a useless branch in Benbrook.no tellers.just an empty wall that says "Welcome. Benbrook" unreal!
It’s not even a bank. It’s four people standing around waiting to tell customers that you need to go to another location if you actually need a bank.
I have been unable to make telephone contact with the Bank Manager of the Chase Bank in Benbrook Texas regards the need and procedure to remove a third party name from my checking account and associated checks. My physical location where I presently reside is several thousand miles from Texas. Until Intil this matter is resolved, my rating stands at 4 stars.
You wanted to charge me a service fee to cash your own check? Then your teller laughed at me because of it.
It is never ok to only have 1 teller on a Friday afternoon. A little common sense during scheduling isn't that difficult.
