20 I actually got in trouble by the bank for using the Night Deposit Drop for a cash deposit. Night Deposit Drop transactions are only permitted for Commercial Accounts. The bank actually sent me a formal notice on official Chase stationary.

This place is okay, the lobby is closed due to the COVID-19 situation, but I was able to make a deposit here. I just used the night deposit drop, and it was processed before the business day ended. There are two drive in ATMs and one ATM in the Vestibule, and there are two drive up teller stalls.
I just want to say that Alex is a lifesaver. This bank really try’s to make sure and ensure that you are financially okay, especially with the hardships during this pandemic.
A shout out to Manager Sa and Alex for helping me out with a difficult situation I was dealing with my apartment complex office! They went above and beyond to help me out especially during this pandemic situation that is happening now. Thank you ladies, greatly appreciate it!
My husband and I came in here and had the best experience with SUNITA! She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made a very complicated situation for us simple and easy. I highly recommend going in and asking for SUNITA, hands down best experience at a bank ever.
If I could give this branch negative stars I would. This branch is either hopelessly racist or they don't like business men. Either way, the customer service is horrible! It should be restructured from the top to the bottom!
Outstanding customer service from tellers all the way up to the branch manager Sa Hachem. She was very very helpful and quite pleasant in doing so. Sa took time to not only take care of my initial concern but also was happy to give me some advice on ways to be able to help myself financially going forward! Great branch great bank.
Slow. Do not care about them moving slow. It was only one car in front of me is it took over 20 mins before I decided to go into the branch. When inside and standing here it has been 20 mins and I am still standing in line don’t waste your time here go somewhere where they care and very efficient.

Hardly any wait and the banker (Alexandra Simmalavong) who assisted me was very professional and efficient.
Pulled in the drive through and both had 1 car in then. I sat for 20min before one drove away. I asked for a deposit slip and that took a long time! I called the teller and they said they were sending it out. Almost 30 min and I'm still sitting in the drive through at this very moment! Most ridiculous drive through service ever! One of the vehicles that was there when I drive up is still here! This place is a joke for service. I WON'T BE BACK!
Came into this branch for a notary for one of our business accounts. I am turning in a TABC license application and you are the closest branch. I was told that the notaries were tied up and that I could leave my phone number so they could call me for an apppintment. I explained I’d come from Colleyville and then was told I should try UPS. Why were the other customers needs more important than mine? I was willing to wait.
The ATM here is always busy and I have told them they need 2 atms for 2 years. Today there were 5 people waiting in line and the bankers are always busy. People are nice and competent but need more staff and atms.
Never had experience like this before from Chase! SUPER RUDE manager! Condescending and really bad attitude from the beginning! She came and take me back to talk to her and she make me feel bad for not having an appointment with her! When there was no other customers there and she was not doing anything! She Make me feel really bad to be a chase customer! Saying "it is what it is" is not an answer that I want to hear from Manager when I am asking for help.
All staff at this branch is very good accept the Manager! She is very rude and make you do this her way!

Wores bank I ever been too they took forever I was in the drive thru for more than 40 mins and I was just the second one in the line never coming back.
This has got to be one of the worst banks in the Arlington are. I waited for the longest time and was never helped. There is a reason why this Chase is located right behind a Walmart and that is because they have all these little offices and nobody is ever there to help you. Just like all the Walmart lines. I wont say I'll never bank with Chase again or not go to this bank, because that would be unrealistic but come on guys do something.

From the Branch Manager to the drive thru teller, I have had nothing but great service. I have gone back several times now and I am always greeted by name. I really enjoy this branch and everyone working here.
