Chase Bank reviews
13My husband and I are switching from a bank that we were at for over 30 years but it keeps getting bought out and have had terrible experiences. We have two joint accounts already set up with Chase. I opened an additional checking account online. All went very well. I went in to this branch just to add my husband to this third account (can't do on line), open a savings account, and make a deposit. There were three bankers working with customers. They took our contact information and had us wait in the car. Said it would be 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I went back inside to find just 1 banker working with people. Guess they let the other two go to lunch at the same time while we were waiting. I could not wait any longer because I had to get back to work, so I got in line to just make the deposit. I was standing on the marked blue lines on the floor waiting my turn and a guy walked up the exit side and the one teller working took him first. Eventually a gentleman working the drive through helped me. He used my debit card to access my account for the deposit, then asked me if I wanted the money in my account or did I want to put it in the joint account with my husband. Really? In this day and age, you asked the female whether or not she wanted to put her money in her account, the one attached to the debit card, or in the joint account with her husband. Offensive. As I went to leave, I saw that one of the bankers had returned and taken a walk in customer without checking the list so we would have waited outside forever. To top it all off, my deposit did not go into my account! Had to call the main 800 number and they are going to have to do research to find my funds!
Thanks for the help Yash!
Really appreciate you taking the time to get our accounts in order. This location will definitely be my go-to bank going forward.
I can see why Yash/this location has such great reviews.
Stay very far away from this branch.
I put money on the atm and the machine stole the money. Called the claims department and they were doing a system update and that they couldn't do anything about the money that was stolen
That I needed to wait until the system was done updating. I had a very important bill to pay and couldn't pay it because of this abusive bank. This is a unforgettable and unforgivable experience
Chase bank at the Preston road is doing really well with the services especially Yash ajmeri is being very helpful and perfect in his job.
I recently opened account online and faced some problems in my account, then I went to this branch customer executive Yesh Ajmeri helped me solve the issue and was very helpful in such a situation.
Best branch I have ever visited. Very friendly and Yash Ajmeri was helpful in opening an account. He makes sure that things work smoothly.
Pretty good Chase branch. Seriously understaffed Saturday mornings. Feel sorry for these workers.
Quick in and out! Tellers are professional and courteous. Knowledgeable and helpful. Never had issues. This is my favorite branch.
Bad Service.went to put cash in mom's account they do not take cash. I have never heard of a bank not taking cash. I so glad Chase is not my bank.
This specific location goes far and beyond to satisfy thier
customers! If you have had a bad experience with Chase in the past,
give them a second chance and visit this location at Preston/Lebanon.
Sharleene, Michael, Shawn and Brandon Rock the House!
Chase Bank Branch Manager Jeff Burrier (NMLS ID: 1260979) provided the poorest customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. This complaint speaks to his unprofessionalism, arrogance, and sheer rudeness of dealing with a long time customer of this bank.
I expect nothing less than perfect customer service when I walk to a CHASE branch, but the way I was treated by Jeff Burrier was discriminatory and disrespectful. While accompanying my mom to make a simple withdraw, he made me feel like a criminal being booked at a Police station rather than a respected bank customer in front of a teller.
This person has no business being a manager at a CHASE branch until he learns to respect customers and treat people with dignity.
Setup a business account at this branch with Matthew. What a great experience! I look forward to growing my business with Chase.
BEWARE of the blonde teller " Haley Ritzou "! She's a big time gold digger. When she sees a heavy bank account of men who come in she stalks them on social media and tries to seduce them and if they are married she makes sure she plays her cards right enough to become a home wrecker. She has the audacity to sit behind a counter and monitor people's bank accounts so she can find herself a sugar daddy. Corporate needs to keep an eye on what their employees intentions are for working at banks
