Chase Bank, Allen TX

Sat in their line for 22 minutes for a simple deposit, I understand, we're are living interesting times, but to take 22 minutes of me sitting in my car to have the bank process my simple deposit at 2: 30 p.m. Is unacceptable

Worst chase bank in Allen TX. Terrible drive thru service. I was in line for 15 minutes with only one car infront of me which I think is crazy amount of time.

They need to learn how to have good customer service and be nice with their customer and their venders please

Stayaway from them, their mortgage rates is higher than from anywhere. Can get rates between 3 to 3.5 from some where else instead 4.6 and up from chase.

Needed help fixing a problem caused by an officer at another branch. Since they are well staffed with officers (as opposed to the other branch) my wait was minimal and the officer corrected the problem quickly and I was on my way, in and out 15 minutes.

I came in to make a cash payment. Teller asked that I step back and fill out a form first as they were very busy. There was no one else in line. Literally zero people. I've made dozens of cash payments and never filled out anything. I guess he just really wants to be replaced by an ATM.

Horrible bank wont cash my cash check rude staff assistant to the manager has no clue on chase policies neither does the staff. Because of this branch I will be closing all accounts and cards with chase. I sure hope chase fires this no good assistant manager.

Have always been looked after by Chase. Will gladly do business again with this branch. Ruben was my banker and he was extremely helpful in resolving my query. I would be happy to refer him and this branch to family and friends.

Need to work on customer service skills.been with chase a long time with personal, savings, business and IRA but dread going into the branches.think it's time to change!

Worst service and wait time. Very rude employees and I have never seen a manager at this location in a very long time. Not sure even she is working here any more. They don't seem to care for long term customers.

I went there today and I stayed for more than 15 minutes to deposite some cash, though there were only 2 customers, I guess there was no enough employees so I had to leave and go to another Chase bank (the one on Spring Creek and 75). I'm so frustrated and will never do buisness there again.

Nice staff horrible manager. She's rude, mean and unprofessional. She claims that she will not serve business needs because she does not have enough employees. All other chase branches serving us greatly but this location.
WRONG FACE FOR A GOOD NAME

Love this branch and the folks that work here. My business and personal accounts are with chase and this is my preferred branch. It seems everyone knows me by name and the team here always provides excellent service!

Horrible customer service!
I went in on a Thursday afternoon to cash a check and it took them a total of 15 minutes!
At Comerica bank almost everyone knows me by my first name, and it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to cash a check.
If the serive does not improve I guess I will have to close my account and go somewhere else where there is better service!

The employee's here are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. They greet everyone with a smile and will go that extra mile to help a customer.
