Love the app and the experience at this branch with Mrs. Ferrell was awesome. She walked me through everything Thanks again. Continue to be blessed.

In terms of my experience, I will give them 5-star, went to check a false order on my bank account, they helped to find that was a problem with my debit card, so Rashad helped to replace a new debit card, plus set up a saving account and apply for credit card. He also helped me to understand the complex clauses and taught me how to use AutoSave and Digital Wallet. What else i can ask? Great service and really modest and polite clerk. Gentlemen service. RaShad deserves 5 star. Hope every hard-working person’s kind and polite action pay off.

Spent 4 days on the phone attempting to get an appointment to add someone to my business account. COVID has most locations closed to walk ins so this task, that could only be done in person, is now a huge challenge.
To add to the issue, my DL is expired due to my bday during COVID. Although the State of Texas closed ALL DPS locations and I cannot get a new one, Alex at Chase said oh well we can't help. He stated banking laws supersedes what the State of Texas and the Governor say. Who knew!
I have been a business customer at Chase for about 10 years. I am done! Worst customer service ever. The country is in flux with COVID and this guy is making up his own rules?

Ever since opening in my account there I have had no problems and have had good staff help. They are convenient and helpful each time I've been there.

Wait times at this branch are a little long, but I had an awesome experience with Ms. Danang Ferrell. I was there to open a new account for my son and she provided us with excellent and professional customer service. She even offered to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had with my accounts and cards. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. So glad I had the opportunity to work with her!

Great bank if you like waiting. Took them an hour to tell me they had no one to help with my business account while the one business account representative worked on non-business customers. Looks like my three businesses will have to find another bank.

CHASE IS THE BEST BANK OUT THERE! I have only had ONE ISSUE AND IT WAS RESOLVED THAT SAME DAY. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO POLITE AND VERY FRIENDLY. I HAVE ACCESS TO SO MANY FEATURES ON MY MOBILE BANKING APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE BEST. CHASE IS BANKING DONE RIGHT. Thank you!

Disregard any other negative comments.

They are clearly just frustrated because they couldn’t read the terms and conditions of this bank.

I went through the drive-up this morning in an attempt to deposit cash into my sister's account for her. I do not bank with Chase. I was told that the branch was unable to accept my deposit because I did not have an account with them. I was told that I could deposit a check or a money order, but not cash. Yes, you heard that correctly, a bank just told me I cannot give them cash. CASH. Not only is this the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, but it is completely inconvenient for anyone needing to do what I was attempting. I was told I could go to a place around the corner and get a money order for free, which translates to: you can go be MORE inconvenienced than you already have been just to put money into someone's account. I had considered leaving BoA, where I have banked for almost 20 years, for Chase, in the assumption that their services were better, more convenient and easier than BoA, but this single incident has completely turned me off of ever being a Chase customer. Since when has a bank EVER not accepted CASH!? !?

No tellers just long lines and they obviously want to just use the self serve kiosk. Customer service is a thing of the past.
