The tech from Chase Plumbing was excellent and very nice! He came out on a Saturday afternoon to repair my toilet and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the problem. This was the first time using this firm and I would call them again if I have any other plumbing problems. I felt very at ease talking to the technician and after the repair work was done my bathroom was left clean. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Chase Plumbing has been used a few times by me. Their engineers have always been punctual, professional, and adept at explaining the requirements and justifications. Although their prices are higher than those of other establishments, they consistently adhere to the initial quote.

I've used Chase Plumbing twice, and they're two for one! When I first had them install new floors and replace a set of toilets. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and knew a lot about the subject. The second time was for an outdoor hose issue that would have necessitated multiple trips to another place. Within minutes, they had eliminated it. Amazing company and crew!

Confirmed the piping for hot water was correct and the problem was due to a “air block” issue in the line. If the problem returns, I know the action needed and whom to call! Great service from Tom Is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing issues and isn’t in the business to Upsell. Very honest!

So far, I am pleased with the shower installation work performed by plumber Joe. He executed the installation well, charged fair prices, and provided free next-day service. Additionally, Chase Plumbing guys have every tool required to perform any type of repair!

John did a great job swapping out our old hot water heater. He showed up on time had the job done in acouple hours. He took our old tank with him so we didnt have to worry about getting rid of it. And he did it all at a great price compared to some of the other quotes I got. He is very personable. He explained everything clearly and I felt he was very trustworthy. He saved me money too! He offered a few options that I hadn't even thought of and I was very appreciative.

Really impressed with the service and work done. Sent a plumber out the same day I called and John who did the work and assessment of issues was professional, proficient and lovely to deal with. He explained clearly what needed to be done and was very tidy and ensured the work was done to a high standard as well as cleaning the property in pristine condition.

John from Chase Plumbing is a consummate professional. This guy is awesome. Cannot say enough about this true professional. He was extremely patient answered all of our questions, made sound recommendations, and earned my trust in very short order. By far the best experience I have ever had in my entire life!

Admittedly I ended up hiring a different company to do the work that I needed to have done, only because they were able to do it a day earlier and I was in a real time crunch with guests coming to my home in mere hours and a water heater that needed replacing. But I have to commend this company on how responsive and flexible they were, and how courteous everyone I spoke with was. I also have to admit that their pricing was unbeatable.

Had an old propane water heater that wouldn't keep a pilot. They took the time to call around late at night and on the weekend for parts. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. They installed a new water heater and an acid neutralizer system for us. Workmanship was great. Took the time to do things right. Also had the best price. Fast forward a few months and we had a stubborn toilet clog. Came by within a few hours and had everything fixed.

Chase Plumbing were great. From the first contact well after 5PM to the quick turnaround appointment and toilet install, they were perfect. Tim was friendly and patient. He was quick to explain where needed and I am forever a customer at this point. Thanks Chase Plumbing! 10 out of 10!
