Checkers, Humble TX

Don’t go here! They take forever to do anything! 1 person in front of me and they are taking drive thru orders but not taking mine. They act like they too busy doing other things. Really need to get this crew in shape. Never seen such a show. Beware Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Best damn fries ever.hot dog is pretty good to especially for the price. Wish there were more locations.

This location is the worse location. The staff is rude and we were basically called liars. I asked why she said something she told manager she didn't say it. I asked her to pull the camera and was told they don't have cameras to pull and the manager was even rude. Our order was even wrong and they ignored us when we told them but didn't feel like fighting with them.

What more can you ask for fast food! Served always hot and delicious so far no complaints.

This was my worst experience at a Checker's, the French fries were greasy and cold and the hamburger was cold. The person that took my order also acted as if I did something wrong when I changed my small fry to a med.

Stop here to get my kids milkshakes and fries the lady in the drive thru is rude her name is Victoria…she was very rude because I was asking about ice cream for my kids and almost tossed the order out the window then slammed window in my face …, never going here again.

Pitiful. Like other establishments, you start off with a bang then shortly end up as a blah

This meal was a let down. The burger was super tiny. The fries were not good at all. Nothing about this meal made us want to return to a Checkers ever again!

Pretty good surprise that they made the Burger Fresh that is a plus that's because it makes the food taste better all in all very good

I went there and ordered a cheeseburger meal then I went back and ordered the chicken and fries box it was about 8: 30 at night and the lady in the Drive-Thru was so so super nice I have to go back two times

The service was dry and food uncooked.
That's not to say it won't be better next time if there ever is a next time.

Ordered 4 burgers, 3 of which had customizations including no cheese on 2 of those burgers. All the burgers had cheese.
The fry's were cold and soggy.

I can't explain this, and it isn't a terrible thing, but their french fries have a distinct donut flavor.

I got the worst case of food posioning from the burger I bought and reported them to the local health dept only to find out they have multiple cases of food poisoning and they are still.kicking out burgers not cool. Avoid this place

Food is very salty, and overcooked. Girl at the drive through had an attitude will never be coming back.

WORST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER! THE FRIES TATSE LIKE CARDBOARD! ALL THE FOOD BASICALLY TASTE LIKE CAFETERIA FOOD EVEN THE HALF STARWBEERY AND VANILLA ICE CREAM WAS TRASH!

Customer service is really good. They need to wear gloves when handling food especially if the same person is handling money as well.

Service and price was good. Food was awful. I got the fried chicken sandwich with loaded cheese fries. The bread tasted like a mushy dinner roll. The cheese on the cheese fries was gross. I’ve had better tasting cheese come out of a can. Absolutely gross. First and last time here.

People are rude and they don’t care about you as a customer. They just throw everything in the bag. Fries upside down, really? It is pitiful. I can see why there aren’t many Checkers left in Texas. If this is how they train their people, they are in trouble.

Food is inconsistent. It’s not always good. Also some of the drive thru workers need to have better customer service. You can tell that the workers don’t care to be there in their tone of voice.
