Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen reviews
16Sat for 20 min before getting a waiter, they don't have anything u ask for, and my dad got a fork that still had old chicken or meat on it from someone else's use. When manager was told he said oh well mistakes are made. Not when it comes to germs like that. We will not go there again.
Food was great waitress was wonderful but the manger was horrible and the cooks obviously didnt care about how they presented their food
I love the spinach dip and grilled Salmon! Also, if you like chicken tenders you gan get them dipped Buffalo style
Thank you "Dr Andersen"
Good luck in medical school
The food was great but the server was excellent!
Poor service had to wait forever for my drink tenders was cold its gonna be a min before I go back
It’s my 37 birthday, this visit was awful. Ordered a piña colada and spinach dip right from the start. After a long wait dip comes out, ask about drink, staff says they will check. Then comes are food less than 2 minutes after our dip arrives. Still no drink. So I ask to cancel, then about a min later drink arrives. Our food.the chips where stale, my mash potatoes are cold, however my husbands are brown and burnt. I had only a dab of gravy on my chicken fried steak, and my toast was extremely hard. Very disappointed.
Everything we ordered was good. My grandson had a frozen nada Rita & he truly enjoyed it, all the food we ordered was very good & nice & hot. The Cheddar's Painkiller tastes so good. Definitely recommend this place.
We are out sending a friend off and we have been sitting outside in the cold for almost an hour. I am very disappointed in cheddars. Little groups keep walking in and getting seated right away. It is very dirty. There is food all on the floor. Thought the night would be great but our moods are ruined. People are being aggressive throwing dishes around. Also why did they put a person on his second day waiting a 6 people table? I am also uncomfortable because while I am sitting at my table I can see a man without a mask on going in and out of the kitchen and my grandma has cancer so I don’t want someone’s corona coughs in my food. Also the hand sanitizer in the restroom was empty.
Terrible experience from start to finish. We were seated next to the to-go door, meaning that every 2 or 3 minutes our napkins and masks blew off the table. The waitress constantly interrupted us, and the environment was loud and unclean. Once we finally moved tables, our food came out, and it was bland and cold. I would not recommend eating here, and I will likely be avoiding all Darden restaurants in the future.
NO NORE ONION RINGS. I'm so mad. That's why we came. Lol good food tho just my favorite is gone.
Appetizer was good and so was the meal. Only bad la was the server ordered me the wrong drink and they messed up my daughter’s order. Overall it was good and server was vey attentive. I liked the touch free ordering and paying.
We absolutely love Cheddars! The food is always hot fresh and delicious. But they do need to bring back the Onion Rings!
Can't ever go wrong with the Monte Cristo - my favorite meal at Cheddars. My husband had New Orleans pasta and it was incredible! Our waitress, Carly, was fantastic!
Well priced. Food is hit and miss. Monte Cristo is horrible. New Orleans Pasta is good. Do not get the Pain Killer drink thinking its like a Pina colada. My mistake. It was pretty nasty. Think its the nutmeg they put on top but not sure.
The food was good. The service, though, left a lot to be desired. Our server seemed confused, overwhelemed, or both. First, it was the unsweetened when my wife ordered sweet, then he brought artificial sweetener when my wife asked for sugar. Later, he bought us the food for the table across from us, then it took us 5-7 minutes to get a to-go container, asking for it no less than twice.
Very good unfortunately they don't sell the fried onion rings appetizer anymore but the rest is really good.
