Our server was very attentive to our needs and worked quickly, even though he looked to be the only server near our area. The food was fantastic as well!

It was ok.my steak was not prepared as ordered and had to send it back. The rest if my food was cold waiting so I end up just eating bread

Wow! The bread these guys make is incredible! I swear it's the best bread I've ever eaten in my life! I ordered a 16oz Steak/Baked Potato and Salad to go and split it with my husband. There was plenty of food and we had leftovers! The sweet guy that came out to bring us our food curbside was the nicest guy ever. This was Oct 3rd at around 2-3pm. Younger Hispanic guy very well dressed and super helpful and professional! This was a great experience all the way around!

A friend brought me here, enjoyed it so much had to come back with my mom. Good food, good price, good service.

I've consistently had bad experiences at this location. Tonight I waited an hour for a Togo order that was Incomplete and inedible. I ordered a medium steak and what I got was so hard and dry it was inedible. I was also missing my sides for the hockey puck steak. The margaritas tasted like frozen lemonade which also gave me a stomach ache. I should have checked the bag before leaving the restaurant but I was so annoyed after having waited so long in the first place. I couldn't have imagined my oder being Incomplete and inedible. The managers and wait staff seemed to have time for casual chit chat with specific customers while delivering such unsatisfactory service to others. I will not be wasting my money here ever again.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap it came out wrong Ordered a extra side of fires it never came out. The manager even stop by to ask about and apologizes for the mess up. However if you wanted to leave me with a good impression that didn't happen.could have atleast compensated my ticket for any amount just to let me know that he was sincere with his apology.

I didn’t get all my to go order, when I called I was on hold for 5 minutes and when she finally answered I was explaining the situation and she put me on hold. Rude restaurants will not get my business again.

One of our favorite places, lunch or dinner. We've had a couple things we'd never order again but what we do like is great.
What they need to is have some incentive in place to entice employment. Too many times they'd have over an hour wait in a mostly empty restaurant.

UPDATE: Spoke with the regional manager and they are working on it. Good to hear.

We celebrated my mom's birthday and it was a large party and they only had 1 waiter for about 30 people. Overall he did the best he could

The food has that "home-cooked" taste. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.

Cheddar’s has yet to disappoint me. I love the drinks, appetizers, and selections of plates to choose from. I like that they are kid friendly too!

The workers are very polite and professional and very patient when we are trying to decide. Jaylon Warner awesome young man! Management trains really well.

Food always fresh, drinks are always. This is always my go-to place when I'm undecided. Great people

Service was the lousiest that i have ever encountered anywhere in my life. I ordered for coconut shrimp for an appetizer and it was never served. I asked for water and it was never brought. I left that lousy restaurant without a drop of water after eating their bad food. When i complained I was ignored like i never existed. No one should go to this awful restaurant!

It had been a while since we visited. Our waitress was very attentive, and polite. We got our food pretty quickly. Food is good. Love the spinach dip and croissants. My husband got the steak and shrimp. They overcooked the steak but chef remade it. Pleasant experience over all, the margarita was strong and did not disappoint.

I was visiting from out of town a family member in Houston this past week and they decided to take me here! For starters, we had to wait an hour for seating. Finally got in and was taken to our table.basically we were dropped off to our table without any salutation or interaction. Waited at our table for over thirty minutes. The staff failed notify us that our waitress in the section we were in went home sick. Then I went to wash up before eating and the restroom was DISGUSTING! Food in the sink, water on the counters and floors, toilet papers, hand towels EVERYWHERE. I really hated visiting this restaurant. It was a total turnoff visiting here for the first time and receiving horrible service. I definitely will not recommend this place!
