So rude people specially that white lady manager we were group of 17 they told us it will be two or three tables and we were okay with that and after two hours waiting they had us in three different areas and we told them we will wait longer to set close by and they got mad and said we only need the only six for the ready table and everyone else wait outside I don’t know what kind of business they are not respecting there customers so so rude

They estimated a 45mins wait to get an open table, but a tables was available within 20mins! It was worth the wait. Food was delicious as always. 10 thumbs up!

The grilled chicken Alfredo was Over spiced sour taste. My husband liked his coconut shrimp. The waiters were nice.

Went here this past Sunday. Waited almost an hour for a table, the place was almost empty, wasn't busy at all. Waiter seemed like he was new or it was his first day, He didn't know any of the menu items and hardly said two words to us. This location is going down, Use to be one of the best, now its going under.

Everything was hot and fresh and delicious the wait time is long but the food was worth the wait and money spent

I’ve eaten here multiple times (both dine in and carry out). The food has been consistently good, however, a couple times the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable.

Manager was very nice and seemed to try to get everything Under control but Was under staff

Given an hour wait time for a table of 2 at 9pm, with a half empty restaurant. Just tell me you don't want to seat us.

UPDATE: I was contacted by someone in corporate and they did all that they could do to provide a better experience and were very apologetic.

I went there on wed arrived at 12: 30 was told 20 min wait although there was no one there, I waited an hour, finally they sit is at a dirty table we asked to be switched took another 15 mins to switch us, waitress came took our drink order, I asked for tea and sweet and low. Took a while for the drinks no sweet and low, I had to remind her, another 10-15 mins for the packet, ordered food took over 30 mins. Finally called the manager explained everything and he told us in a very “you are bothering me and just deal with it tone” that because they were short staffed every one was having the same problem and that he would go check on our food. When food came dressing for salad didn’t come it took another long while to get that, never received a refill, I mean NOTHING was right. We left the restaurant at 4: 25 to put it into perspective. Horrible service will not be returning!

The parking lot was empty half of the dining area was empty and they had 0 staff to work the store Still had to wait an hour to be seated and food was horrible the Restrooms were nasty and the green beans were not cooked thoroughly They really need to hire more people

Plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable. This was the first time at a bar seating the bartender never heard of bailey's irish cream or kahlua. Waiting for a table was a little ling but bar seating was wide open. Service was fast and prompt. The exit is still under construction so you have to come in by side streets of I 20 and leave the same type of way.

Called in to place a to-go order at 9: 27. Sat on hold for for over 5 mins and someone finally picked up the line at 9: 35. Waitress told me that they stop taking to-go orders at 9: 30 and when I advised that I had been on hold in that amount of time the waitress told me that I hadn’t been on hold that long and I was mistaken. Customer service at this location is beyond sub-par. Lots of other restaurants in the area to eat. Go there.

I keep giving them a chance because Cheddars is one of my favorites. But this will be the last time I go to this location. I’ve gotten wrong or missing items several times. But this time, I ended up with a cookie that was somehow burnt and raw at the same time. Whomever packaged it had to know it was not done and gave it to me anyway. They weren’t even busy! No excuses. Sadly this picture is EXACTLY what it looked like. I didn’t touch it.

Went to this location at 8pm on a Thursday night and quoted a 40 minute wait and left because there was only 3 small parties ahead of us. Called to speak to the manager on duty and was told the reason for the long wait is due to staffing. The manager also thought that wait time was very good and hung up on me. I'm sorry but 40 minutes during non peak hours is ridiculous. Pay your staff an adequate wage to retain employees or close your location. We went to the Arlington location, which is less than 15 minutes away and no wait. Not only is this location managed better, there is adequate staff and it's much cleaner.

Food is good, but this time they were out of several items and when we received the wrong dressing, the server told us it was what we ordered. If it was, they changed the recipe. Can be a challenge to get a table without waiting a long time usually, although not the case today. They are victims of supply chain shortages and short staffing, but other restaurants seem to be managing better.

The gentlemen here today did an outstandin' job! They have my specialty pizza without hesitation.

I love Cheddars but they All are always so darn busy! Food is ALWAYS delicious I placed an online order for curbside pick up and ended up going inside the restaurant to get my food due to short staff. Buts it's all good

I was there on Wednesday for my 3 year anniversary and my husband and I had the worst experience. After waiting for 20 minutes we never got our appetizer and then we got our food without appetizers which I was like ok that’s fine. We’re hungry and then when I look at food a was three pieces of hair in my plate. I was so disappointed because we been coming to this cheddar since I many years. Our server had the worst attitude and I didn’t complain about it because I hate problems. So I just decided to leave and we end up going to Buffalo Wild Wings.
