Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Fort Worth TX

I am a regular at the Lake Worth location. And have never had a problem ordering food to go. Today I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Which I think is unacceptable. And not quality service or customer service capable.i love the food and everyone is professional and polite.just answer the phone and take order's to go in a timely manner.thank you

Since my review of the terrible service and disappointment in the food quality they responded quickly and wanted info and receipt which I provided immediately to the email they provided.guess how it turned out? Yep.just as good as the experience I shared here! Crickets I totally get how the employees get their work style from.

Keenan and Desaraye have me the absolute best service I have had in some time. First time at this location and I'll definitely be back. Management has to be strong to have staff in this era at this level. Great job top to bottom.

Service was great but the food, normally cooked perfectly, was NOT good. My broccoli was overcooked and mushy and the salmon was overcooked along with my croissant. I completed a survey online and got a coupon by email from the manager. The food was still over cooked the second time.

Attention: Todd Shaefer Manager Your Restaurant needs a lot of improvement! Our Silverware was filthy ask for more and it was dirty and greasy too. Finally just ask for plasticware. The screen at our table had dried food all over it. Nasty! I ordered a bowl of Potato Soup and a salad. I sent my Potato Soup back because it was like thick Mashed Potatoes. Salad was OK. My husband ordered Chicken Fried Steak, corn and Broccoli Rice Casserole. He said it was good. Our waiter Nick was very sweet but, embarrassed about the filthy Silverware and way too thick Soup. He took both Our drinks, iced tea to refill them and we had to ask for more tea. My husband is 67 yrs old and he could have gotten choked without anything to drink. Place just seemed dirty and like no one really cared about service. We left as quick as we could. This non caring attitude of management is exactly why restaurants aren't doing well and closing. Cleanup your restaurant it is nasty! Quality of food is terrible. Make sure your dishwasher is at the right temperature too.

Waiter was not super attentive but was friendly. Was there at lunch and was not too crowded but the wait time to get our food was very lengthy. Server told us rolls were in the oven, but a table with a different waiter came in after us and got rolls immediately. Food was very good and hot when it did arrive.

Always love any Cheddars I go to really. The service was a just a bit off on this day but not terrible. They didn’t have draft beer and it was Monday and bottles were $4.99.

Large party sat at a flat top table in the bar area to seat us quickly. Food came out hot and fresh. Server kept our drinks coming and was always easily found when needed.

Chicken pot pie is delicious. They have a great drink menu and food menu. Service is great.

This was our first time eating here and it was amazing! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly as well. We will definitely be back here.

Waited 30 mins for a salad and hamburger to find out they have even started our food. Waiter said they were just backed up but the tables that sat after us get their food. They have a different server. I suspect he forgot to put our order in. We will not be going back.

The server was very nice. He also kept my ice water filled and offered to go cups. Love that. The food was basic cheddars. I had the 6 oz sirloin that was overcooked. Veggies were yum.

The food is really good, and the price reasonable. But the best part of our night at Cheddar's was the great friendly service we received! Thank you for making my child's BD a real fun outing!

We went to eat right when they opened and I was worried that the service would be slow and take forever. Our server was an awesome lady and sat us right away, got us our menus, drinks and our food was ready in no time! I was really impressed and she was so super sweet. Great job Cheddar's!

Absolutely love this restaurant! Been to it many times. The DELICIOUS FOOD is consistent and the staff is so nicely dressed and kind! Not to mention the margaritas are the amazing! Even my friend caught a buzz, and she hardly ever does. LoL Good job Cheddar's! Still one of my top favorite restaurants. It is a little pricey, but what isn't now a days. Totally worth it!

I've come here with my family so many times in hopes that we've just come on a 'bad day' or something the many times before, but we regret it every. Single. Time. The servers are never friendly, the hostesses are never friendly, and I didn't mention that the wait time can get incredibly ridiculous. Not only the wait time to be seated but ALSO the wait time to get your food after ordering. Maybe this place is short handed, maybe this place is miserable to work at or maybe they leave to the farm to get the cows and chickens for preparations. Whatever it is, it's ridiculous, and I've tried coming here since this location opened, and I'm quite sure I won't return.
The food is usually cold once it finally reaches our table.
*I will say that the honey-butter croissants are delicious and usually fresh. We eat those in about 20 seconds. I'd rather drive out of my way and go to the Alliance location. I've never had a bad experience there.

100% great place I got the chicken fried steak, it was juicy and very tender, will be going back this week, for a double take just to make sure.

Food and service were good, no complaints. Cheddar's did not disappoint and as usual can be counted on
