Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, The Colony TX

I had the new shrimp Alfredo.loved that it had plenty of sauce and a great portion size. The flavor was so delicious. Our waiter was efficient, polite, and even though the restaurant was a little busy he was available when we needed him.

Cheddar’s is one of the best deals in town for dinner. Thanks to manager Kevin Wylie and the to-go team for always getting our challenging order correct (lots of food allergies). We always have a great experience!

Had the chicken pasta. Girlfriend had the lemon pepper chicken. Great meal. And the buttered crasoints were light fluffy and delicious.

Great service and food! Our Waitress Jocelyn was great! Definitely will return and ask for her to be our Waitress!

We did not get to eat due to a extra guest at our table. Manager stated they would get a service call. Was very disappointed bc we dont have a cheddars in our area anymore. We were super excited to see one near our hotel.

Update 9/8 100pm. Management was alerted to the pest issue. We were advised a service call would be made. So the response to this is very alarming.

Went to this location for lunch today, host/hostess did not even acknowledge that we were standing there. We had to make first contact. There was one family ahead of us being seated by another host so they were not busy. Bar drinks took forever to show up to table. We verified our drink order had been placed and then watched other folks come in, sit at the bar, and get served before us. We really like cheddars but will not visit this location again. I do not remember our servers name, but she was great. It was the bartender and host staff.

They sent out my boyfriends food with absolutely no sauce. I had to ask for honey mustard 3 times and got barbecue sauce instead. And my cousin got really small chicken stripes for her salad. We had to repeatedly ask the waitress for things including filling our cups.

This is about the bathroom but there’s pee on the floor just throw up it’s just us Christina packet of a server like the food was good but just Cookie Monster meal was not that good because it taste like throw

Out of 7 orders 3 came back in correct. One came back not cooked properly. Service was horrible. I chose not to get my Birthday dessert on the app due to the horrible service.

Well priced, revamped and shortened menu compared to years ago. The croissants are oh so yummy and a great value. Food was fresh, tasty and in proportion to pricing.

Host was rude. When we arrived the host said the BAR AREA WAS OPENED. WHEN WE WENT TO GO SIT DOWN IN A BOTH ANOTHER HOst CAME AND TOLD US THAT WE NEED TO MOVE THAT SHE DIDN'T SIT US THERE. SO we moved to the Bar area where we sat 15 minutes before getting waited on. The bartender was agitated. Kept rolling his eyes every time someone asked for something. They brought our food then we had asked for silverware we just had to keep asking for stuff. This was our first time. You can clearly see everyone was behind up all the dishes left on the tables. The bar area was just trashed.

It's a shame that I can't eat at the cheddar close to home due to poor service, management and not having items on menu. But all of the other cheddar I have eaten at have been great.

Taylor was my server/bartender. Her service was great! She was very polite, always smiling and despite her being super busy with the bar area, she lacked in no areas at all. The food was take-out but my son lo Ed his burger. He talked about how delicious it was with the bacon and onions and even ate all his fries. My steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection and the way the meals were packed was just magnificent. Highly recommend this location.

Outstanding service from Byanca! She was on it from the time we sat down until we packed up our leftovers. Spinach dip was delicious and the Monte Cristo sandwich we split with fries and coleslaw was a perfect combo to put us over the top. Too full to even think about dessert. Well done guys!

Not bad. Always could be better. Our waitresses took turns and would stop by our table once every 12 minutes or so.

1st time dining in at this location with my family. Great service from our waitress, food was fresh & prompt. Overall, we'll be back again for another exceptional experience!
