Brandon is in my house while I’m writing this. He has been helpful and is doing a wonderful job. I will be using this company for any future rub or upholstery cleaning. Prompt service for scheduling. Chem Dry San Antonio has always been my go-to for carpet cleaning and today was no exception! Michael was super professional, did an outstanding job on the carpets and was truly amazing. I was so happy that I've scheduled the upstairs for later this week!

We used Chem-Dry for an airplane that had some serious odor in the carpet and it was MAGIC what they did. They saved us from having to rip up carpet and replace in one of the planes, and then we moved onto our area rugs in the lobby of our commercial building and they did a FANTASTIC job. I had started buying cheaper rug because I was just throwing them away after so many years of use/abuse, we are.a 24 hour facility, and once Chem Dry came on the scene and made the rugs look BRAND NEW without all the wet "after smell" that most rug companies leave behind, I invested in some Persians for the long haul.that's how GOOD this company is.

I have recommended Chem-Dry in the past, & I continue to do so. Even though they are more expensive, the results are top notch.

Joseph, the technician sent to my home was phenomenal! His exceptional work ethic and attention to detail was very appreciated! I have 17 yr old carpet, stained by pets, I mean really stained. My carpet is clean! There is no odor! Thank you so much, Joseph for treating my home with such respect. I'll never use another company.

Amazing experience. I'm so happy with the results. I have a delicate rugs with pet stains and discoloration, it was completely restored. I was very nervous but Mr. Tenorio walked me through the process and was honest about the risks. Smooth process, picture updates, and the rugs are in perfect condition.

These guys are miracle workers! Our stairs went from stained and gross to clean and fabulous! They were quick and professional and their price was fair.

Chem-Dry did a fantastic job. They came to clean carpets in two large rooms. The job was so great that we had them come back and do two more rooms, several sofas, chairs, oriental runner and and 3 smaller oriental rugs. Stains that other companies said couldn’t come out were removed by these professionals. Brandon and John were on time, courteous, professional and plain old likeable! I recommend highly!

This is my go to carpet cleaner. Easy to schedule, arrive when they say they will, treat my house carefully and do a great job on the carpets. Michael also does a great job of explaining the process.
