Chesney was perfect for us. He was knowledgeable about residency (our daughter was 17 entering UT), knew exactly what we needed, and how to handle our situation. Now my daughter is a Texas Resident!

We spoke with other realtors and they were not half as knowledgeable about the area or the process. We really liked that Chesney was able to manage our property too. He had a vested interest in getting us the best overall property. We will use him to sell it later.

He knew the market inside and out, had insight on almost every complex we visited and was able to help us understand the process. He was invaluable and I would (and have) recommend him to anyone going through this process.

I am very familiar with rental properties and real estate agents for better or worse. While using Chesney I never felt like he was selling me. He genuinely offers a service that is beneficial.

Having recently used him again to sell the property, I now realize the value his knowledge of the area provided us. Savings aside, this was one of my best investments.
