Paid cash to get in, since they do not take card, and was told 45minutes after I paid “you don’t have a wristband so you didn’t pay. Get out. ” They do not offer/provide receipts to prove you paid, just their employees “‘recollection” on if they remember seeing you come in or not out of the 200+ people they have already seen that evening. Their front entrance employees did not do their job of giving me a wristband, which I was not aware we were supposed to have, and apparently this was my fault. The bouncers then continued to get physical with one of the other people I was being kicked out with because they were trying to have a civil conversation with them, but due to their ego, they could careless to have that mature conversation. The disrespect experienced was absolutely ridiculous. This place is not worth your time and definitely not worth your money. Do better. (:

My friend left her purse in the bathroom. When she realized it, she went back to the restroom and found her purse, No phone. Once the bar closed, she waited. Tracked her phone active inside the bar. After threatening to call the cops to get her property. She walked in and found an employee. Male, 5’11 with dreads was holding the phone in his hand. He didn’t turn it in to management, so it was all very unprofessional. As, I left my card, and called back to claim it, since my name isn’t on the card. I was hung up on, no name asked, number no information. Yet I paid to get into the establishment, and received nothing but poor service. Very disappointed in my experience as someone born and raised here, and I love my city. It’s a very bad experience, to which I wouldn’t recommend it for a place for a trustworthy night.

This is a super fun place to go, drinks were good, the dance floor on the country side could be alot bigger, but other than that it was alot of fun and good music, Will Banister was the one playing there that night and he is fantastic! We will be going back for sure

Dont go here if you are looking for a good time in Amarillo. Music was good the night I went but the staff and bar tenders were absolutely terrible the bar was a mess and disorganized compared to other local bars. You might get a drink if you stand at the bar for 30 minutes trying to get the bar tenders attention. If you are wanting to dance, go to guitar's.the dance floor here isnt big enough to enjoy.

They do take card. At least now they do. I liked the older music but I am older. I enjoyed the country music side as well and the pool tables. The bartender was nice and I enjoyed the night out!

Let’s start with the door, they don’t take card. Like what club doesn’t even have a Square for card payments.

The layout is cool, there is a country music side, a Rnb/Hip Hop side and a Latina music side. The deejay on the RnB/Hip Hop slide played so much old music they would of done better playing YouTube or Pandora. An occasional throwback is cool to stretch the playlist but it’s sooooo much new music out that he never played. Update your playlist.

Took ten minutes to get a drink, understaffed for such a huge crowd. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this place to you unless you are simple stir crazy.

Bodegas is a solid go-to for those seeking nightlife fun in Amarillo. The bar is cheap, music good, and it'll always be packed on weekends.

Bodegas is a nightclub located in Downtown Amarillo at the Polk Street Entertainment District. It's a central location in the district and is rather easy to find. On weekends they open up their dance floors which double the bar in size.

I always have a great time at Bodega's and see long-time friends here. The bartenders are friendly, there are always specials, and the drink selection is commendable.

DJs tend to play anything from contemporary hiphop, old school (90's-2000's) hiphop, and some Latin music. They always know what to play to get the crowd moving.

5/5.
