Prices are raised to a ridiculous price. (Don’t get me wrong, I get it, cigarettes are up and maybe should be. However, when you go to every other gas station in Henderson, and I mean every one. The highest price for Winston light 100’s are no higher than 7.45. That’s the highest I thought I found. 8.63 here at the Depot.)
If they had a negative button. It would receive 5 stars.
By far the most disrespectful group of women. Nowhere to park. Food is decent call mom bathrooms are disgusting parking lot is rough, The owners should definitely fire every single cashier working there. If you’re in a big truck then don’t park here because you will either get your truck broken into or you won’t find a spot because everybody parks their personal vehicles while they are at work during the day
The manager is extremely rude and lacks common customer service skills. Idk how many times I've came in there and wasn't greeted nor shown the least bit of respect or enthusiasm. I've also gotten dirty looks. Like, I get it. I've worked at plenty of gas stations and have plenty of experience with customer service, it's frustrating, but don't take it out on your work surroundings or customers. It's so sad y'all just allow anyone to manage these stores. She has NO BUSINESS whatsoever managing a store because she can't even manage herself.
I have been to this gas station on numerous occasions. The staff are very unprofessional! I walked in today and the girl working behind the counter was on her phone and refused to get off to service the customers. One customer got fed up and walked out! This has happened to me more than once! Someone needs to really do something about the staff working there!
