This is such a pretty café, but it can be busy and noisy.

The Vietnamese coffee is actually very good as as the beignets.

Guests need to order at the counter.

They added more food and drinks to choose from compare of what they have few years ago I think the person who took my order didn’t hear me right. Ordered small fingers but got small pillows instead but it was still good.

Beignets are nIce, but they don’t have an high chair. The seat is very unsafe that they offer, no belt to tie. Kindly double check the booster seat, clip was broken.

I was hoping it would be a great taste but unfortunately the beigneits was kind tasting like dough instead like fluffy pillow puffs. I used to pillow puffs ingermany as the Name of schmalzkuchen but it wasn't tasting as close to it.

If you are looking for NOLA style beignets ala Cafe du Monde (French Quarter), keep on looking.beignets were oily, non-fluffy and had an old oil smell. Went on July 4th. N. C. B. (never coming back). Provided only 1 small dipping size container for powered sugar. Photo shows 2 containers poured over 1 large order of beignets fingers-style. Prices are 2x NOLA beignets (understandable).

My family and I went to get beignets because we heard they were good here, however, we were very disappointed. The beignets look like chicken nuggets, a bit hard and were not fluffy at all as they were advertised. They were oily and tasted old. Will not be coming back. If management sees this, please make sure you deliver quality beignets especially when you call yourselves one of the best in town.

One Vietnamese guy was very rude and obnoxious. I’m guessing he must be the owner or manager, otherwise he would’ve been fired. Overheard him bashing in Vietnamese about those customers that only ordered one drink per person that not worth it for his business since they used his restroom, water n toilet paper etc…. What a joke, it’s sad that he has that kind of business mindset

This place have mixing good and bad review but most the time it is bad and combine all of that this is a place not to going. I know the owner know some customer come here with fancy cars and show off. I dont mind but they keep rev their engine for quite often make car lover uncomfortable. The owner allow them to doing it. This is a place for you to going and get headache in two ways bad food bad customer service dirty and outside is engine rev. It is your and hope you know what to do

A good dessert and hangout place. Gets very busy on weekend nights. Their beignets are good (I had the little pillows), and they provide DIY powdered sugar, honey, and other seasonings for you. There’s a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, although indoors can feel stuffy at times. The beignets are sweeter and a bit more dense than I expected, but still good, especially if you have a big sweet and sugary tooth. I would say these are closer to donut hole textures. Also bought some macarons which were pricey but good. Overall, a pretty good place to grab a fun dessert to share with others and socialize.

We had ordered 2 Smashed Avocado (Bo Dam) for $6.75 each (we paid totally $16.8 after tip and tax). The order came out extremely bad with barely any avocado at all. The avocado was not even ripe. There was one piece of avocado in each, and I couldn’t even cut the avocado with the spoon. I politely complained and told them the avocado was not ripe. However, the attitude of the lady at the register was extremely rude. They even didn’t say anything, how would I expect an sorry…? They just took away my cups and gave us back with 2 new cups with mostly ice (again barely any avocado). You can see the photos for the 1st time and 2nd time. The photo for 2nd time order is what we get rid of the ice ball on top and even haven’t get a bite.

I normally come and order this dessert, but it’s never this bad. Normally it goes with only smashed avocado at the bottom, and an ice ball on the top. But this time, it came out as avocado with lots of ice on the bottom, and EXTRA ice ball on top.

I was totally disappointed, not only with the food quality but also the customer service.

I believe this place is under new management but it is nicely renovated clean and aesthetically pleasing to look at. We cam to try beingnets from the first time and they came out served fresh and hot. They were nice pillowy like donuts and so sweet with honey and powdered sugar as a topping. The perfect thing to crave your sweet tooth and to hang out with friend outside the patio or inside. The restrooms are really clean and there are some birds on your way there! This experience is totally worth it and a must try if you have some boba from another area to chug this down! 10/10

Can with a local Vietnamese friend who grew up in this area. Perfect location. Saw at least 5 different ethnicities and people of all ages enjoying the pastries.

Although it’s due to the sad history of the French colonization of Vietnam, I’m super impressed at how a shop like this (it says they’ve been owned by a few generations of the same Vietnamese family!) has created very good combinations of Vietnamese/French food offerings. Also, the Beignets were melt in your mouth amazing. They were warm and fluffy and you could order 3 different versions-we had the medium pillowy and more crunchy and sides of honey and confectioner’s sugar were included. We also ordered sliced mango. Everyone was very fresh.

I tried 2 types of drinks (tara and avocado) which were not good.too much ice nad not enough flavor. Banh uot and banh beignet were good. The employee needs to be more friendly. Lack of friendliness.

Ice coffee was just ok but the service was bad today. After waiting about 45 minutes, we asked and they said our order was mistakenly given to another table. That is fine but they should of checked to see who didnt get the order then we were sitting and waiting right in front of cashier and there was only one waiter so one of them should of least saw that we have been waiting. Omce they realize, they should of at least comp our meal or given us something free. Probably wont be coming back.

The banh cuon here is surprisingly really fresh and good! I prefer the pork over the combination banh cuon. I think I may have found my go-to place for that. The squid porridge is okay. The beignets are okay - they're a little too soft and mushy and we ordered the pillows. Workers were nice and helpful when I had a question.

This place is so unique that it makes their banh cuon fresh! You can actually see them making it from the register.
Taste fresh and awesome. It’s a rarity that some people would appreciate.
We got the combination or 3 mien. That has shrimp banh cuon, pork with shrooms, and grilled pork. They are all amazing!

Store looks small from the outside but quite spacious inside.

There are other dishes, but the beignets are absolutely terrible. They are like oil-soaked sponges. I got sick eating them.

Love the banh cuon here as it was very delicious. The fish sauce really complimented the banh cuon, just the right balance of sweetness and saltiness. The affogato coffee was good, too.
