Chick-fil-A 105 & Lonestar Pkwy, Montgomery TX

This is truly the best chick fil a I have ever been to. Constantly being cleaned, was consistently being asked if I needed anything, decorated so cute for the holidays, crafts for the kids to do… the list goes on. I’m super impressed!

Shout out to Montgomery Chick Fil-A! Last night, I ordered for my family via the mobile app. Picked up my food in the drive through and when I got home, I realized I was missing all three of our medium fries. I called the restaurant and the delivery driver promptly delivered the rest of my order to my house. Can’t say many other businesses would do that. Thanks for making my order right!

Always organized, always fresh and always good. They have a clean restaurant and very efficient drive through.

Disappointing. Sausage burrito ended up having very little sausage in it. Chicken biscuit meat was excellent but the biscuit part itself was just a crumpled up ball around the chicken breast.

Tried the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich. Ordered 1 spicy chicken 1 regular. Must say I really liked it. Received 2 spicy instead no big deal but the fries were freezing cold & hard as brick. The kids that work there very nice and polite but not so sure they pay attention to customer service.

Grady is a super star associate! I was by myself with my two young kids and he helped carry everything to the table. He then stopped by several times asking if he could be of any assistance. He took all of my trash and got my little girl an ice cream cone. He provided exceptional hospitality and service! My little baby’s shoe fell off and he ran outside to give it to me. He was just so kind and so helpful! Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much Grady!

Chick-fil-A failed us tonight. We received cold and old food. The food tasted like it had been sitting all day and night. Nuggets tasted burnt and the waffle fries were horrible. 99 percent of the time the food is awesome at the Montgomery, TX location but tonight our dinner was horrible. I don’t know if it was because it was an hour from closing or flat out not caring.

Always love me some Chick-Fil-A. Food is never disappointing. The establishment is always clean and they have great customer service.

I think very highly of Chick-fil-A. Especially this one now. I don’t live anywhere near it, but this is the first time I’ve seen somebody on a wheelchair behind the counter at any Chick-fil-A or any fast food restaurant. Thumbs up Chick-fil-A!

Chase helped me in the drive through and was the nicest! I had a long day and he was super attentive and helpful.

I tried their new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich. I got grilled chicken & it was yummy!
I arrived 5 minutes before they closed & you never would have known it. Their service was friendly & over-the-top as always & they didn't make me feel like I was a bother showing up so close to closing (which has generally been my experience at other restaurants.) As always, Chick-fil-A sets a very high bar that others strive to hit but usually don't come close.

I feel sorry for the 4 young girls outside standing in the heat by hot cars to take orders. People can place order at speaker box like they do when it is raining. My gosh it was 107 degrees! The fans were not even on. (not that it would of helped!) PEOPLE ARE HAVE HEAT STROKES IN THIS HEAT! Do better Chick-fil-A.

How is this the slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. The food is good but I’ve been here so many times and have to wait 10-20 minutes for my food when I order carry out. And they always forget my drink and I have to remind them. I’m so torn because the employees are nice but they are always so behind.

I keep trying to give Chick-fil-A a chance because of the Gluten-free options, but it's never good. The grilled chicken sandwich wasn't good, the fries were okay. The special tea they had was tiny.

The best CFA location in Texas! They support their community and have fantastic service as most CFA’s do.

They didn’t ring up my order right. I called and the female “manager” Jordan refused to give me the fries. I drove back up there and I had to ask another “manager” to give me the fries they left out. It took an hour to get the order right. Ridiculous. Drive the extra few miles to the other chick-fil-a. This one always has the slowest service and the rudest people. And saying “have a blessed day” after being rude and lazy doesn’t make up for the hassle.
