First time I have ever had a problem with this place. Didn’t get any of the dressing for our salads or sandwiches. The bacon didn’t seem like it was good at all it had a smell and bad after taste. My chicken patty was so THIN! And Our drink was filled with syrup! After a long day of work, I’m disappointed

Hate when they got rid of the chicken salad sandwich! So I hardly go and because it's expensive. Waste if money I can buy groceries for a week compare to their prices

If you haven't tried Chick-fil-A, you're missing out. Food always comes out fast and tasting fresh. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Great place for a quick bite (aside from the long lines in the drive thru)

This place is NEVER a disappointment! Great staff and service, love Chick-fil-a's original chicken sandwich!

One of the best locations Chic-fil-a has. The staff always greet you with a smile no matter what the weather is throwing at them, no matter how many people came before you, they are the epitome of professionalism. The food is always good, i mean it is Chic-fil-a, so that is going to be a given. Im not entirely convinced there isnt crack in that chicken, no matter how much you buy it, it is always fantastic. I love coming here, my family loves coming here, and i know you will too. Thank you Chic-fil-a!

5 Stars! I highly doubt that I'm gonna find a Chick-fil-A which I could rate less than 5 stars, they're all consistently excellent! Excellent food as well as service.

Great restaurant to visit. Good Chick-fil-a chicken like all, but the service is outstanding. Drive through flows quickly with extra staff during peak times. Will keep returning!

At this location in Amarillo Texas in front of a Walmart store we were traveling through from Las Wages NV to Tulsa Oklahoma and made a stop to feed 3kids under 3 & 2 tired and almost delusional adults to make this hike out east. But it was the first time in all of my travels to actually order a chic-fil-a sandwich and get one that the bun was dried out and crumbly. I had pulled away from the location when we pulled over to have our sandwich, and if it wouldn't have been 4.6 miles back to the restaurant I would had returned it. And that would have been a first. I struck it up to the Texas heat and humidity. And fed the birds what could have been a delicious chicken sandwich. But let me just say for the record, no one else complained about any of their nuggets or fruit cups waffle fries or the under 3 books that they all got the same one of. That's something they could work on to. To have more than one book available at a time when a family has more than one child.

Love there boneless chicken. It is lightly battered and seasoned. Great dipping sauces with many choices. Their chicken wrap with the Apple vinaigrette is delicious. Better than McDonald's, What a Burger or Burger King.

I'm only giving one star because I have to. I payed for 4 large icecream cones and sadly was given smalls. The location on Georgia could give pointers give them a call.

Love the tortilla soup. After a long day on the road, clean bathrooms and yummy food were a nice stop. Wonderful staff, as always.

Even though it's a large chain it's always a great place to eat with the family. Their customer service and efficiency behind the counter is beyond compare

Consistent food and good service. They're very busy during lunch hours but they try to move you through quickly.

They are so pleasant and seem genuinely happy to serve you.
Of course the waffle fries and milk shakes are still great!

I was shocked when I saw an employee having to stand outside in a plastic tent collecting money when it's 36 degrees outside

Probably the most efficient drive-thru location in the area, without compromising food quality. With two lanes, and about 12 cars in front of me, I was done and headed home under 10 minutes.

Love the food and the atmosphere. Rare 4 star for Chick-fil-A. Probably a result of their excellent standards. It was very busy, but the Woman delivering food/cleaning tables etc. Was efficient, but she worked without a smile and was not friendly. She wasn't unfriendly exactly, but none of the typical "my pleasure" words or attitude.
