38Quick drive through service as usual. I am always impressed by how fast they move vehicles through the que. If there is a long line go ahead and get in it. You won't be there long.
Awesome place and good food. I really love their chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, waffle fries, chicken biscuits, and milkshakes.
The food was good and the staff was nice. However, the parking lot/drive thru was like trying to navigate through a construction zone
My husband and I got food poisoning from this location. I called them to inquire if anyone else had reported food poisoning and to simply let them know so they could take the necessary precautions or identify the source. The associate I spoke with brushed me off, was not considerate in the least, and worst of all did not try to gather any information about what we ate to prevent this from happening again. Be cautious with this location.
Forgot the sauce to my salad and my chick fil a sauces to my other orders. I ate a salad with no sauce.
Went to pick up mobile order. Waited more than 30 minutes but still didn’t get my food. So I left without any food. Drive thru customers were being served faster the the mobile pickup customers. Disappointed.
I was at this location yesterday and noticed that Cade was going out of his way to please customers and make the line go faster he took initiative and got the job gone, one of the most hard working employees I’ve seen there.
We all know that the employees are friendly at chick-fil-a. Get that out of your head for a second. What they need to work on is their drive thru service. This covid issue is revealing some flaws in their perfect armor. Personally waited for over 20 minutes for them to find my order. When they brought it out, it was incomplete. Your staff is so nice, but there is still work needed. Management needs to get their heads out of the sand. You are not perfect.
When l got home my order was not what I wanted. And that is why I don't like drive thru. Not the first time this happened.
Before the pandemic, I always received great service from this location. That has changed recently. I visited there 2 weeks in a row and my order was wrong both times. I tried allowing them to correct the situation through using their corporate website. I heard back from the location and tried them again. They got my order wrong again! They just don't seem to care now that everything goes through the drive-thru! I tried emailing them back last week and have not received a response.
Exceptional customer service from all the crews here, I’m a regular at this establishment and they are on point.
Love love love love this CFA! We are there often and they are always helpful and friendly. Quick service but the manager is so sweet always chatting with someone and making sure all needs are met with customers. Most locations I'd say 3 maybe 4 stars but this location deserves all 5 and more!
This chick fil-a has the friendliest and most kind staff. Most of the employees are high schoolers. The play area was dirty, there was a used band-aid on the floor and various other debris and lots of hair and dirt on the climbing structure. This location does not offer the adhesive placemats like many other Chick-fil-A's do. The high chairs were filthy. The sausage biscuit was really hard. Not quite burnt but way over cooked. I will select a different location to go next time.
Quite possibly the best restaurant chain in the country. Always great food, and the best staff.
Sandwich was over fried. GRAVEL CRUSTY HOCKEY PUCK. DRY AS IT COULD BE COULDNT EVEN TASTE A PICKLE. HEARD so much about the basic sandwich for years.so disappointed

I did notice they take a lot of orders personally outside vice the drive through prompt. No idea why but it only adds to the customer service experience. Thanks and see you soon!
They really went above and beyond to help my wife with a drink order. LSS my wife was confused about the Peach drink promotion and they were so helpful. Saying how she could switch it out if she didn't like it. It's no big thing I know but the staff on that night were more friendly then some other places I've been.
Best chick fil a ever! Restaurant owner threw our trash and even brought us refills and a complimentary ice cream. The best!
The grub is mostly dry, but always prepared correctly and the customer service steals the show. Super polite and always courteous and smiling.
This is my go to location. The service remains consistent each time and the times that I have waited unusually long (for Chick-fil-a anyway) I always receive a coupon or free food with a sincere apology.
