Chick-fil-A, Addison TX

What used to be my favorite CFA location, is now going down hill fast! This is now the second time my order was not given to me correctly. Even at the window I heard the girl say “I forgot to give someone their drink”, I thought I would check my order just to make sure but I’d give her the benefit of the doubt. Come to find out I should’ve checked my order. Whatever is going there it needs to be addressed.

Great food and service. I eat here for the healthy options. The grilled chicken wrap is really good along with a fruit cup.

Stopped by this morning to pick up breakfast for my staff. They forgot one of the entres I ordered. Couldn't go back. Next time I'll have to make sure they bag my full order; so pardon me if I'm holding up the line.

Slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. Did a mobile order and still had to wait 15 mins. DT is always a 15 min wait as well

I said it before, ama say it again. The cleanest, fastest customer service is found at Chick Fil A and this location just added the cherry on it.

Of all the chick fil a's in DFW, this has to be the slowest. Other locations are so much more efficient.

The spicy deluxe is my absolute, go to sandwich when I visit Chick-fil-a. I'm sure other sandwiches are good too, but I just can't bring myself to stray from the spicy goodness!

The staff here is always friendly! Love this location. Also chicken biscuitb for bfst is my favorite

Lajoya & Tony were amazing! We ordered food for the Office and due to the weather we were able to have our food delivered directly to our car. THAT is excellent customer service! I ordered with Lajoya and it was seamless. She is a great asset to the Business! Food was fresh and hot and they went above and beyond our expectations. We LOVE this location!

What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A. Always a pleasant experience. Good food (as fast food goes) for a fair price.

We live chickfla the food is good an always hot no matter when u go in an the drinks are really good and you dont have to wait very long never disappointed

This is a place, where you can enjoy not only a good brakefast, but a healty and exelent lunch, and dinner, not mentioning the exelent customer service that the employees provide.in special the one in carrollton, and lewisville.

I come to this chick fill a alot. They are always great. One time they gave me burned nuggets, after I told them they exhlchanged for some good nuggets.

Best chicken sandwich ever.
Almost recomend Arnold Palmer. Not on menu but they will make it. Go with unsweet tea. You will thank me.

The was amazing, they were able to accommodate to my needs. They were able to get me in and out in no time

I ordered online via the app and once I arrived to the window the order was a little wrong and there was a very long wait with communication on why. After I got the attention of the drive attendant I asked her just to give me the incorrect food because it was taking so long to get a new one. This is one of the slowest chik fil a as far as drive through service that I have experienced in a while.

Worst waiting time ever this morning. No apologies, no efforts to give out free coupons until people starting complaining & asking for refunds. Will think twice before going back to this particular Chick Fil A.

Like any Chick Fil A, there's usually a line around peak times, but they're good at keeping things moving.

The service was great. All the employees were very friendly and went above what I have ever seen from a chick fil a. The food was also brought out fast and took no time at all. This place is one of the best managed restaurants places I have seen.
