Chick-fil-A, Rowlett TX

Always amazing. Service is fantastic, for a fast food place, they are actually good. And the companies Christian policies make this restaurant a family favorite.

Too much hype that does not match the palate. Being energy conscious (why waste petrol stuck in long queue*2) went inside and didn't get my simple order filled any faster. Must be an exception given the lengths of the dual drive lanes. Failed to appreciate the food including the fabled but overpriced (for quantity) fries.

I love this Chick-fil-A location! The service is always great, and the food is always fresh and hot. It is a bit pricey for fast food, but the service and tasty hot food, makes it worth it. If you have not tried their mac and cheese or lemonade, you are not living!

This particular chickfila is a slower than others and have messed up my order. Subpar location considering chickfila standards.

Always a great experience. They ran out of mac n cheese, bummer; however they handled it professionally!

Chik-fil-A is a great place, love their customer service, love their Chik-fil-A sauce! Chicken strips are very good

So I was really excited to try the new grilled spicy sandwich. I ordered 2 meals. The wait was only abt 5 or 6 min. I was ready to eat mine because I was on my way to work. So anyways I grabbed mine and it was cold. Since i was gonna be late I was going to be late I just grabbed the other sandwich, however it was cold too. So I told my daughter to turn around. I went back to the door and told the man my food was cold. I waited another 5 min or so and the manager on duty came out and said he remade everything. I thanked him and left. I rushed to work sat down and opened my sandwich only to discover I now had a breaded spicy chicken sandwich instead of the grilled. I threw it away. I was upset to say the least. And hungry.

Make great food, friendly staff but A LOT of people go here. Expect long lines and no seats for lunch. Sometimes the drive thru line goes all the way to the main road.

Mobile ordering is super helpful if you have young kids with you! You can come right to a table & order from your phone, while the kids play or get settled. Food will be brought to you in minutes. The staff members at the Rowlett Chick-fil-A were efficient, friendly, and attentive!

I love Chick-Fil-A, however when I go to this location I always end up missing either some sauces or salad toppings or even the dressing or the plastic forks. If only they triple checked the order for all items.

I had a superb time in this restaurant. We liked the first-rate vibes and the menu. The staff are very friendly. I’m happy we finally managed to try this place.

This seems to be the hot spot at dinner time, but they have several people in the drive thru line taking orders on iPads so by the time you pull around you pay and they hand it to you. Very efficient operation. And, Chick-fil-A is just so good!

Always ridiculously long lines for chicken. It's just chicken, people. It's not even free range or non antibiotic chickens. They close on Sundays which is when you want chicken. Consistent chicken. You know what you're getting.

Chick-fil-A is an awesome organization, there is no better chicken sandwich on the planet.so, look no further! There are zero bad Chick-fil-A's in existence. Waffle fries are the best, yes, they know Chick-kun

Tasty food, options for those who are on diets! Line is always long so prepare yourself for the wait. The play area has been clean each time I have went, doesn't smell or feel sticky like Mcdonalds!

This location was a joke. Sad if I can say I'd rather go to Burger King lol? Worst conditions I've seen in a fast food restaurant before yikes

Love this place but we hardly go anymore because it's so crowded and the parking lot is a mess. We made the effort this time for the WCA spirit day.

The area this location is turns the road its on into a nightmare I've almost been hit multiple times by people deciding last minute that they want chick-fil-a from the far left lane. Never going to visit the location ever.

Excellent food, very welcoming staff members, constantly great ambience. They charge convenient prices and the food quality is fantastic. Kudos.
