I love this location. My food is always hot and the service is always fast. I come here about twice a week.

Drive thru is quick and my fries are always fresh

Lines were long at drive thru but it was less than 5 min to place order and get food. Food is great here.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite as always. Director was in the Ingram store and was just as welcoming as everyone else. Thank you for the fresh food and great service.

Always delicious! They need to work on speed during peak hours. I don't recommend curbside as they forget about you and you end up having to walk inside and wait in line to talk to someone who has no idea what is going on with curbside.

I am regular every week customer and today I experienced bad customer service from the cashier by the name of Ruth, she was not friendly she doesn’t smile she seems annoyed by everything you requested, she is very short and impatient. Normally chick fil a employees always make you feel happy and welcomed but this employee seems as if she doesn’t enjoy her job or customers.

They didn’t has chick fil a sauce. It’s your signature dip.have more someone is not doing their count and estimates right.

Always new deals, promotions, and menu items. They are so aware of their peak hours they set up a faster drive thru with stations to expedite your order. I use their app to earn points and surprisingly got free food right away! Highly recommend.

Its Chick-fil-A just get your dang chicken sandwich and get on your way. Dont try to over analyze it. Also their new mac and cheese is pretty good.

Came to this chick fil a to eat twice this week for my lunch break, the second time I was intermittent fasting and it was my first meal of the day. I order my usual Grilled chicken meal with fries and a water. A few hours later I threw up all I ate and I had the stomach flu. The food must have been contaminated or not cooked right. I am a huge fan of chick fil a and this has never happened to me before from their food.

I only wish that other fast restaurants would learn how to provide an Exellent Cutomer Service like Chick-fil-A! Great attitude, fast, low prices and my order is always right!

Won’t give refills unless you purchase a Chick-fil-A branded cup I’ve been getting refills at other Chick-fil-A don’t see the problem I order food with my refill won’t come here again should have sign posted or let customers know when ordering instead of having them wait in line to tell them they won’t give me a refill very disappointed

Great food and polite staff love there chicken noodle soup and the crispy chicken sandwich with a lemonade always refreshing good job

This restaraunt by Ingram mall is always the best and great service, just went on Thursday and service great! They even gave my dog a treat bone! I had him in the car on the drive thru, love them, thank you chickfila!

Please when I ask for well done fries don't make me wait in that long line just to get to the register and then make me wait out front again. Its the fourth time and a am annoyed by this.

This location is not particularly one I care for. Staff is not friendly, food is either over cooked or under cooked and it's always a nightmare getting into parking lot with how they have drive thru and lot set up. Prefer the medical center location.

A long line but it only took a very small amount of time. My order was correct, and my food was good.
