Chick-fil-A, Watauga TX

Took me over 10 minutes just to check in for Mobile order. It wasn't working and the staff was no where to be seen. They would not answer their phone either. After checking in it took another 20 minutes to get my food.

We've never had an issue of any kind at any one of their locations till this visit!
It started with a loooong wait in the drive thru line to even get to the speakers. Then longer to the window. We're thinking they might've been short handed due to only 2 ppl @ window compared to at least 5 all other times. They were cordial, but not their normal syrupy sweet. Then the order was wrong, but didn't want the hassle of returning it while so slow.

This is the only location I have been to that wouldn’t do no apples in my fruit cup! And the guy taking my order was extremely rude

Pretty fast in and out. Only thing I don't like is if you pick up an online order its sometimes impossible to get out because the lines are wrapped around the building and other patrons don't care if they are blocking your way

Just waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for two iced teas. Is this typical? I’m not a drive through person, sorry.

This location is always very clean and everyone is polite.
The food is typical Chick-fil-A, so pretty good.

Spent all that money for a covered drive thru.guess it wasn't for employees to stand out there and take orders like other locations.its so you're comfortable in your 20min+ wait.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service. My wife and I came in to the restaurant and they forgot half of our order and messed up the other half. Was told it’s store policy that they will not replace an order that was messed and and also that they will not replace items that they forgot! Crazy how bad the customer service is here. At the very least they should give the items that were missing that customers pay for. It’s a joke. Save your time and money and go to slim chickens right down the street. In my opinion the food is better anyway. Not worth the long wait times and chance of not getting what you pay for. Definitely does not keep up the chick fil a standard.

Had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get 12 nuggets. I asked why the long wait, they replied " we ran out of nuggets & chicken sandwiches" NOT HAPPY!

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, and I went home only to find no bun. So we have to go back again.
Really disappointed chick fil a.

Always like this place and the fact it has owners who are Christians and are closed on Sunday to allow ever staff member the choice to go to church

The place was standing room only at lunch time. That didn't matter. These guys where on tip if their game! Food was great. Place was very clean! I would recommend to anyone whos wanting

Consistently delicious! Doesnt matter what day or what time of day the food here is always on point and the staff is more than polite.

Always busy and have long lines. But always greeted with a smile and the wait is not long. The food always hot and fresh

Love eating here! Drive through is well thought out, staff is friendly, food is tasty and served within a good amount of time.

Update: as of 8/21/19 still no callback. I'm so tempted to go up there but I'm just gonna let it go!

My review of this Chick-fil-A is not based on the food.we love the food. My review is instead based on the unprofessional behavior the management team has displayed in failing to return a call to my 17 year old son regarding his job application. We have called several times since June 25th (when he applied) to check on the status and no one has reached out. And to-date we see based on Indeed that they are yet hiring and his application through zippapp is yet pending, however no manager has had the courtesy to return his or my call. If he didn't get the job that's ok but when you don't get a callback when you are told several times by employees and managers that you would that is highly unprofessional and unacceptable! I am gonna call again today to see what happens. I'll update this review accordingly!

The only bad thing about the 377 location in watauga is the nighttime super long drive thru line. The food as usual is great, and the staff were super nice as usual.

Amazing customer service, above and beyond Everytime I come. Wether I'm in the drive thru, or inside I always get efficient, quick, and polite service. I ordered their grilled nuggets meal and everything was hot fresh and delicious.
The resteraunt is very clean and has such a light and cheery atmosphere.
Chick-fil-A is beyond my favorite place to eat ️

It took me over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I was late to my daughter's lunch. The food was good, as usual. I was very surprised to only see/hear 1 person taking orders for the 20 cars in line.

It took 20 minutes standing in line before I was even able to order my food. I thought about ordering on the app but there was no one standing at the counter for pickup creating another line of people just standing there. Never been to a Chick fil A that operates so slow.
