Chick-fil-A, Sugar Land TX

We enjoyed our lunch. Dean was nice. There was an error in my order. They took care of it promptly and gave me a receipt for a free sandwich.

The staff was nice and food was great! The food court is loud and hard to hear them ask u questions when ordering. Other than that, great!

Mac and cheese is great, chicken sandwiches are the best. Don't forget to order your favorite sauce.

Chick-fil-A is a very wonderful restaurant that you can have fried chicken nuggets or grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries too. I like grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries and a very refreshing lemonade too.

The manager say a bad comment and the worker laughed went I pick my food only because I not get my food on time.it was a bad experience

I work at the mall and every time they messed it up. This time they gave me the wrong order and expected me to pay an additional amount. Next thing I know they just put lettuce a tomato (which I didn't want) and a slice of cheese in container, wanting me to put the topping on it myself. They employees are not nice. The fries are soggy most of the time. It needs to be better. The only reason they're considered "fast" is because they mess the orders up somehow.

We love Chick-fil-A and it's always great when you can get a bite at the mall while shopping. Great service and staff!

Service was greatb and the food was ready fast BUT THE CHICKE ON THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES ARE GETTING SMALLER and SMALLER as times goes on! I think they need to do the sandwiches as how they began doing them from the start.

It has amazing food, service, restrooms, and overall cleanliness. I would recommend that you get their lemonade.

Meat keeps getting smaller. Buns keep getting more dried out. Fries get hard quick. How? It's with burn you got, or hockey puck. We used to bring our grandkiss weekly. Now. 1 time every 6 months, then we regret it.

First of all, I work in the mall. I've ordered here before and had it delivered to my store before. Today my order never showed up. After an hour I call and they say they won't be "starting" delivery until next week. Okay. That's fine. But wouldn't you think to at least call and let me know that I have to go get my food? ! Also, the man who answered the phone, heavy accent, is too rude for Chick-fil-a. Thanks.

Always excellent, friendly, fast service with great food. Thank you for all that you do for our community! We took our relatives from Thailand and they loved everything about Chick-fil-a. We highly recommend and will always return.

How can you not like these guys? Never ever had a bad experience and I eat this food in my sleep on Sundays!

Worst customer service ever. They made a mistake in my order and once I pointed the problem THEY MADE out they ended up charging me for it. There is a new girl her first name starts with an M. She was rolling her eyes when I complained and walked away from me while I was talking. None of them ever say my pleasure. I’m coming in again next week and if the issue continues I’m calling headquarters ‍️.

Worst Customer Service. Asked for Waffel fries To-Go n they gave it open, even requesting again to make it To-Go, girl at register said we give like that only. Hope i could give No STARS.

Food is nasty, toyes are for 3 year olds, and chicken nuggets are nasty. Just so you know Chick Ful A cow I will not eat more chicken because chick ful a is the worst

Nobody comes to refill your drink and when you go up there to wait for a refill nobody offers they look at you and just ignore you. I understand they are busy but how else are we gonna get refills wait in line all over again.
