Chick-fil-A, Wichita Falls TX

Overall pleasant! One in our party ended up with a spicy sandwich and was very disappointed as it isn't what he thought he'd ordered. Staff very friendly and kudos to the window gal as she's got it going on! She knew what was happening in the community and it made us feel welcomed! (we were there moving our freshman into college and were reppin' the school colors) Well done!

I tried the food there for the first time it was beyond disgusting. It is not a mistake I'll never make again, I will for now on stick to Popeye's chicken sandwiches which are so much better.

I love chick fil A but this time it was bad they mistake our order and when we comeback they want to charge xtra and they gives again a bad meal I’m in shock because wherever I go They are super nice but not this time not in this location

Staff was very friendly. Drive through has two lanes that go into one, wish that it stayed at two especially since they have drive through staff taking orders & giving the orders. The one lane pick up takes a long time, I had just ordered one item & had 5 cars in front of me that had trays full of stuff so needless to say I was there for a bit.

It was Awesome line it always is. I really like the fact that they tame of the people who work for Chick-fil-A. They have fans to help keep them cool while they are outside. Great

If you need fast-food but don't want to undermine all your health efforts, this a good source. Food appears to be good quality, prepared in what appears to be a clean environment, & employees do not appear questionable in regard to personal hygiene. Even the fried food seems a healthier choice due to their quality standards.

Love this location! Food is always fresh and out in a quick time frame! The workers are super nice, never had any problems!

First time eating there for years. Drive-thru lines wrapped all the way around and almost to the entry curb. Six people outside taking orders, two people outside the window to hand out food. This resulted in the line still moving fast. It would have moved faster if there wasn't someone ahead of us ordering a hundred thousand meals.
Now, that's how you do business. That's good customer service from the staff, and that's good staff service from the employer. They said, "Extra profit? Nah, let's hire more people so that they're less stressed and the customers get them-hungry-selves on out of here. Although.maybe they ARE making extra profit by doing this. In which case that's a good business model - everyone wins.

I'm so bummed. I have been eating at Chik-fil-a since I was 14 and I am 50. I would consider myself a little bit of a fanatic for it. I will not be returning to the Wichita Falls location. The no longer make fries crispy if you request it. I said no problem and figured the would be done well enough that I would be fine. The fries were limp and undone. I wasted hard earned money on food that was not edible. I was super sad and made an easy decision to choose Cain's the next time I want chicken.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff are very upbeat and happy, their ordering system while with drive through is very very quick and easy. Never feel like I’m there even a couple minutes. Wish other fast food places were this fast. Food is always freshly made. Would recommend.

I use the parking lot delivery all the time, and never had any problems! It certainly helps when the drive throughs are real busy.

In the 5 years enjoying our Chick-fil-A we received the wrong item maybe 3x. Twice a wrong drink and once a wrong soup. I don't blame them, as it easily could have been my error and not theirs. The error wasn't something horrible, such as a food allergy or raw meat, so I still give a 5 star rating for their awesome staff, fast service and HOT food.

The food is consistently good and they do a great job moving the drive-through. Health measures during the pandemic have been good without sacrificing service.

It is amazing how efficient this company is. I would think more companies would follow the business model of your company.

Truck too big to fit in drive thru and dining room not open for eat-in, so they let me order inside and then let me sit outside on their patio set to eat.

Food and service is always great. Everyone here is so sweet and attentive. My order is always on point. My only complaint is it could be cleaner. Just about every time we dine in the tables and seats aren't cleaned properly or cleaned at all. I understand that this establishment is just about always busy but I have been here on occasions where it's just myself and maybe a handful of customers. I also don't feel that the tables and the seats should be cleaned with the same rag in any restaurant. The restrooms on the other hand have always been decent and I love the added touch of the mouthwash dispenser. I do very much enjoy this place and I hope the tables and chairs get a little more attention.

This is super busy location, but this is one of the friendliest locations I've visited. The customer service is at the level of Chick-fil-A but up a notch.

Despite all that is going on right now and even the gloomy rainy day, every employee had a smile and seemed genuinely happy to be at work! Great experience as always! THANK YOU
