The customer experience at this location has really declined in the past couple of years. The food is still well prepared and delicious, the orders are accurate (it's amazing how many restaurants consistently get orders wrong), the employees are friendly. The drive thru line is always crazy long, which I guess is a good problem to have but I can't remember the last time I used it. I really liked the curbside pickup option but that has been taken away. That only leaves in-store pickup for me.

Today I waited over half an hour inside because my order "got lost in the system", whatever that means. And I wasn't the only one. I was starting to get a little suspicious when people arriving much later than I got their orders first. Nobody seems to have responsibility for customers waiting inside. Maybe somebody should be greeting mobile pickup customers and making sure they're being served efficiently. Waiting inside is awkward when you feel like you're being ignored.

This location is also not taking in-person orders inside; you can only do drive-thru or mobile pickup. I saw an elderly couple walk out and go next door because CFA wouldn't take their order inside and the old folks were not able to do a mobile order. That's disappointing to me.

I walked in about 2 months ago and this guy named Don kissed me straight on the lips for MULTIPLE seconds. Don then told me that I needed a "Mandatory Hog Inspection" in the back room, and checked me for lumps. A REAL mans man!

I’ve placed several takeout orders lately and the lady working inside is very rude. Even other people waiting on orders commented the same thing this morning 11/19/21. I’m frankly very shocked at the level of service lately. Very disappointing.

I have been to several chick-fil-A and this place just dented the wonderful experience I’ve enjoyed with the franchise. I spent my whole lunch time of 30 mins on the drive thru, they need to hire more people.
The only reason why I’m giving this a 3 star is because of their seasonal peppermint milkshake that I tried and it was really worth the wait

The line just gets longer and longer every time I go there, I went today around 5 and spent 30-35 minutes in line just waiting to place my order.

Drive through traffic was really slow. They need to do better, the drive through takes 1hr to receive your order. It's contrary to the meaning of fast food.

This chick-fil-a apparently has never recieved the memo about how to run a quick drive thru. Every single time we come here it takes an hour to get thru the drive thru line (and once in the line you cannot get out anywhere of the line). Somewhere they are not following the service model of fast and efficient service that chick-fil-a is famous for. If you are coming here do NOT go thru the drive thru.order online or thru the mobile app and go inside to pick it up.

Open your store so people can buy food at the counter like a normal place to eat instead of making everyone use an application that then walk into the store anyways.and get your food.this garbage is a waste of time and space get your buisness together. This is Texas not new york Covid is over.

Not only is this location “carry out only”, it’s “MOBILE carry out only, ” which is NOT indicated anywhere on the outside of the building. The sign references a labor shortage, but when I walked in there were 5, yes 5 employees lounging in the area were customers should be eating. So it’s either download another useless app that tracks me and bogs down my phone, or sit in the insanely long line at the drive through because of the “labor shortage, ” that’s so bad they have 5 employees just lounging around.
This is, hands down, the WORST CFA location I’ve ever visited! I will not be returning, and will be informing others as well as corporate, of my terrible experience.

I really like chick fil A, but to this location, do you know what would really be good with that salad I spent 4 bucks on today? A FORK! Had already left when I realized there was no plastic ware and it was to late to turn around and sit in line for another 30 minutes. Long story short. No salad for me.

I have never been to this CFA before… nor will I ever go back. I’ve never seen such a long wait for 4 o clock in the afternoon. Taking my business elsewhere…

Waited 20 min in line as usual which is no big deal. Ordered my food the same as i always do, extra crispy for the chicken and the drive thru attendant says they can't do that. I come here once or twice a week, other chic fil a locations always do this. Mcdonalds, Popeyes, Canes, anywhere will make the customers sandwich the way they like. Manager, Caleb, said they stopped last month which is not true then tried to say they stopped doing that for customers yesterday. Really dude!? Simple request and instead you want to aggrevate your customer instead of simply cooking the chicken a few minutes longer. 30 mins wasted for nothing. Will not be coming to this chic fil a ever again!

It's disappointing the only option for a drink is a huge Styrofoam plastic cup. I feel too guilty every time I get a drink there. Even McDonald's at least has a wax paper type of cup. TOO MUCH PLASTIC for a cheap silly meal.

I’m a big CFA fan but i actively avoid this chick fil a bc the service is SO SLOW. I just waited over 20 minutes for two meals and a kids meal and i get my food finally and it’s all cold but because i have my infant and 4 year old i can’t wait any longer.
Their “mobile orders only” system is obviously not working. This is the worst functioning CFA I’ve seen. Ownership and management need to reevaluate.

This location is only offering drive through and mobile ordering. They’re in a dead zone, so you have to connect your phone to wifi to order. At 5: 15 last night, drive through was wrapped around the building. I placed a mobile order to pick up inside - just one meal. Waited 30 minutes. During that time, multiple people came back in for wrong orders. One man waited in the drive through for 40 minutes and was missing half of his order. There were no apologies at all for my wait, but honestly the wait is standard at this location. In the time that you wait here, you could drive to the Chick-fil-A at 2011 W. University and have your food more quickly. The food was hot, but their fries are never filled up all the way at this one. If you want a medium, order a large. I’ve given this Chick-fil-A multiple tries, but won’t be coming back. It’s just not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I rushed over to pick up my catering order (med.nuggets) for my husband's 50th bday party and when they couldn't find it I realized I had messed up and put in the wrong date. I apologized and told them I couldn't wait. The manager was so nice and asked me to wait just a minute to see how long it would take. 3 Minutes! That's all it took for them to fix MY mistake and then he even apologized "for the wait. " Nothing bad to say at all!

Drive through was packed but moved fairly quickly. Food was hot and very good. Provided drink holder, napkins, plasticware and condiments without request. Very professional friendly staff. Thank you!
