Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

While the staff and food is good, the parking lot is terribly designed and is always congested.

The service was great they moved the lanes pretty fast we were in and out. Over all it was good I hardly go there.

They were very very very busy it only took maybe 10 minutes but I had to wait on the chicken strips I did place a large order the manager came out and he let me know that he was sorry for the wait he knew that I was waiting on the chicken strips and he told me to come back and a meal would be on him I really appreciate that he was very nice and polite, he told me his Fridays are normally not that busy but there were two high schools that were having their homecoming it was understandable and I had no problems at all thanks Chick-fil-A a+ All around

Drive thru only even when you order through the app you still have to wait in line through the drive thru. Missed dine in

Most of the time it's good. It always fast. But sometimes the chicken is under cooked

The Austin Hwy Chick fil a is terrible. The line is ridiculously slow. Sometimes it can take 30-40 minutes to get through it. I could eat at a sit down restaurant faster. I’ve seen many Chick fil a’s handle a lot more volume in a lot less time. This one is easily the worst Chick Fil A in San Antonio.

Can't go wrong with chickfila! Great customer service, and the market salad is fantastic!

Was craving a Peppermint Milkshake after having an outpatient operation, came here. Delicious but pricey. Dining room closed.

Great customer service, food was hot fresh, and served in a timely fashion, just hate the way the waffle fries taste, as they don't make the crispy well done anymore so they taste too potatoeeee, js please pardon my grammar. Be safe and God bless readers/employees and customers.

I understand they had to raise the prices. However, whenever I ask for condiments, the employees tend to get upset. I have to ask several times.

Longest lines you will ever see but you will never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get seen.great setup, amazing grilled chicken sandwich.

I came in got a coffee I ask for cream and sugar I asked the lady at the window before I left is there Cream and sugar in the bag there was nothing in the bag they told me yes

Just as expected at any Chick-fil-A location this one has respectful associates, accurate speedy service and a painless drive thru experience. All in all a wonderful stop for delicious food do if you've never been WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?

Service was slow today.so unlike Chick Fil A. Also when I got to the window the cashier had to retake my order. SO UNLIKE CHICK FIL A.

Unfortunately the last time I went to chickfila I had a terrible experience. I love chickfila and their customers service but I feel this location has gone down hill. Multiple times I've been missing items. The last time I went I was missing items, the fries were bad and so were our drinks. The time before I had to get a manager as I had had a terrible experience with a worker. I just expect more from them.
It used to be when you had a bad experience there they would take care of you but now it seems they don't even care about that anymore smh

Went on a Friday night, it was full! Cayla took our big order with ease, kindness and patience! She was amazing and service in general was great!
