Chick-fil-A, Spring TX

Awesome place to eat! Very quick to receive our order, they do not skimp on providing sauces, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. We don’t get to eat here often, but this is an excellent location that constantly provides good service. The manager on duty (Glenn I believe?) always has a smile on his face and treats both customers and employees well.

Revisited 01/07/2022:
I asked for CFA sauce, ketchup and buffalo sauce, and literally got none of it. This hasn't to be one of the most poorly trained CFA staffs out there.

Original visit:
Slowest. Drive thru. EVER! Dude (Denny) that was taking orders MUST have been high. Talking to cars like they go way back, yelling at people as they walked by (not rudely), but bro. Take orders, and let's go! 7 cars went by in the line next to me, while only 3 in my went. It's frustrating af; especially when you're hangry!

This used to be the best Chick-fil-A around, but the curbside experience has been horrible the last two out of three times I’ve been here. After waiting 20 minutes today, I was told they couldn’t find me in the curbside spots when I had been parked in spot #1 since I got there at 11: 06. When I had to call to tell them I had been parked in spot #1 for 20 minutes waiting for my order, they told me they couldn’t find me when they came to bring me my food. Plus, the lady who answered the phone was offended when I asked if my food would be fresh…Like that’s a crazy question since they couldn’t even manage to find me in spot #1. When my food was actually brought out at 11: 27, the excuse changed to they gave my food to somebody else and had to make it fresh. Definitely taking a break from this poorly managed location.

This is one of the worst location I've encountered as far as speed. Most locations you are in and out of drive thru usually within a few minutes but not here and not ever! Literally been in drive thru 25 minutes and this is always the case when I do decide to come here! They really need to work on this

I regularly come here. Reason why this place gets a 1 star is due to how rude the employees are. They just are not very friendly. I have been a regular at chick fil a because the service has always been 100x better than other fast food restaurants. However, that seems to be changing, especially at this location. The food is still good, but the employees look miserable, are not friendly, and just make the overall experience a bad one for the customer. I will no longer be coming to this location. I need to start eating healthier anyways. Your fries also contain way too much salt. Stop trying to give your customers high blood pressure.

I had a horrible experience with this particular Chick-fil-A. The drive thru is super late and disorganized. I ordered it thru the app thinking it would be a bit smoother but NO. The lines basically didn’t matter because, I had a mobile order that I had ordered about 15 minutes, got in the drive thru line and waited for another 15 minutes. The young lady was super rude when I asked her about my food. I was just trying to eat my lunch. The second “line” basically it’s opening on the side of the restaurant and the employees have to walk through bushes and little patches of grass to give you the food. Horrible experience and was belittled by staff.

Horrible customer service. Come on man.this is ChicFilA we expect "pleasure to serve you", yall acting like you work ar McDonald's or something. Step your game up

Overall just a good experience Everytime at this Chick-fil-A. They're always quick and keep the lines moving. If something is wrong with the order they will always fix the issue.

Amazing management, beginning with the head manager. My experiences with her always are pleasant, unencumbered, and any issues promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Great food, too.

Been sitting at curbside pickup for quite a long time as the drive is just rolling on threw. They prioritize there drive thru way more.

I’ve gone to this location several times and not once have i ever got bad service. Until today 11/19/21 @ 7: 58pm, first the girl who took our order gave us bad attitude, and the girl who handed our food to us as well.i go to cfa because i know i’ll get REALLY good service, not to get bad service like every other fast food restaurant

I used to go to this Chickfila all the time as I worked across the street and had great experiences. However, I went today and ordered in the app for curbside. I placed my order at 11: 18am, arrived at the restaurant at 11: 40am and had to call at 12pm to have my food brought out and even then waited 5 more minutes. I'm not normally one to complain, but their excuse was they don't start the order til you're in the parking lot. Um what's the point of me pre-ordering on the app then? I won't be going back to that location.

Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? I ordered a 12-piece nugget meal at this location last Friday or Saturday, October 1st or 2nd, 2021. I tasted one and it was too cold for my liking, so I asked them to change it to a fresher one. Supervisor DAVID wouldn’t allow it because he said I already ate a piece. Really? He could have exchanged it for an 11-piece nugget instead of 12 if his reason was that one was already eaten. I’ve been going to this location since they opened and staff was normally nice and accommodating. I’m sure David was just in a very foul mood that day, that should have been left at home and not brought to work. It’s a good thing there was a McDonalds next door. Or I can go to Raising cane’s a block away next time! Thanks! You just lost a very faithful customer!

Well, I've given them chance after chance. However this Chick-fil-a continues to get my order incorrect, and I'm always missing items. Yes, multiple items sometimes.
This past Sunday they forgot a whole order of Chicken Minis, and tonight both sandwhichs I ordered were completely wrong and we were missing the cookie we paid for.
Save your money folks.

Aug 28th 2021 update- Just ordered a sandwhich, and it came without a bun! I called them and they tried to blame it on Doordash. This location is pathetic, and whatever excuse of a Manger I talked to tonight can't even own up to the mistakes made in his store.

Store number 02069 on 2920 close to kuykendahl is usually very good at handling orders. Yesterday I sat in their drive through line for 45 minutes. I get home and all four sandwiches were wrong. I was told that I cannot receive a refund because on the receipt, THEY matched what was on it. It was not what I ordered ‍️. The service was slow and I received the order wrong. They will not make it right since they took the order wrong and gave me that order. That makes no sense. I will sit in the line longer from now on and look at my food before leaving. I don’t think this is good customer service, even though I can see where fraud could take place here. It’s not cool to punish frequent customers for what others may do. ‍️

Chick fil a is probably best known for their speed of service and quality, despite the massive foot and tire traffic their inside and drive thru gets. This location is great as are pretty much most others

Other than being very proud of their name and a little more expensive I absolutely love Chick-fil-A they're chicken sandwiches are the best or chicken nuggets are the best chicken tenders to the best I don't really care who said what I think they're the best that's just my opinion

Worst location the employees dont seem to care much about your food, or quality of service. Instead they enjoy communicating with each other. They roll there eyes and act like they rather be anywhere else but helping you.
