19We were so happy to eat inside for the first time in two years. The drive through is the most amazing and fastest ever but it was a wonderful experience to eat inside and the food was great as usual. It's always a great time for us to go to any Chik-fil-A. You are the best!
As unfortunate as this is I'm extremely disappointed with this specific Chick-fil-A location. I came for a simple ice cream cone, but left sad and disappointed because not only did I not get my ice cream cone but I was also lied to by the store manager. I used my Chick-fil-A points to to buy it and then was told that I could not have ice cream, the store manager took my receipt and my information and told me that she would refund my points to my account; unfortunately that didn't happen. It disappoints me and saddens me greatly that an establishment the likes of Chick-fil-A would blantly lie to me after being a customer for over 10 years and years. I will never be coming to this specific Chick-fil-A location again as I don't appreciate the lies and deception that had fallen upon me.
I ordered for our entire office. They didn't have it prepared and blamed it on computer system and said it was a corporate problem. I called corporate only to find out that each location is responsible for whatever issues they encounter and that there were no computer issues. I put in a complaint and was told I would hear back within 3 days.never heard back. Called a second time and explained I never heard back, was told all they can do is relay message to the specific location and that they should be getting back with me. I never received an apology or explanation as to why our order was not ready. I gave them one more shot and used the app to order food and it was estimated to arrive within a time frame, not the case, food came late. I've never had such a horrible experience with any other location.

The young African American Female Delivery Driver literally ran a stop sign out of the Chick-fil-A parking lot and almost hit me by cutting me off. 1: 00 11/18/2021. She is driving very recklessly and I’m sure this is not Chick-fil-A standards, If I didn’t spend so much of my hard earned money with this company I would not make a big deal about this but this is ridiculous
Gave away my Uber eats order to a random driver, would not release the order to my actual driver. Waited about an hour in total before Uber eats finally just canceled my order. They're usually pretty good about everything, but I am disappointed.
Had to EDIT my Review. My last (2) orders have been wrong. They usually short me on the condiments. This time I received no drink "Lemonade" with my Combo order. The order before, I was shorted the Chicken Sandwich from the REWARDS menu.: (- I think they have new management or something is going. Good thing there is plenty of other places to eat around here. Will think twice before ordering again.

Bought a salad and asked for extra red peppers. They didn’t give me a fork and gave me not even 1 packet of red peppers after waiting in that insane line.
I have visited this location since it opened. The service is always great and the food is always fresh. This is one of my favorite Chick Fil A locations. The traffic control is great even during peak times. They do a great job at dispatching clients fairly fast.
CHEYENNE! Is the most unprofessional ridiculous person I met in my life. She tried arguing with me and telling me I’m wrong which is so sad considering the restaurant is supposed to be know for offer good customer service. I cannot even believe Chick Fil A has her as a manager it’s so disappointing. Worst experience ever. Ordered a chicken wrap delivery received it with no ranch as I requested. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to drop it off then when I get it its literally yellow. This is honestly RIDICULOUS I’m a signature member and If this is how they treat me just imagine how they treat others. I just moved to this area and never had a bad experience with chic fil a but now I will make it my duty to drive all the way to another location and I will also be sure to never let my company order from this location either as we recently used them for catering. You just lost a very loyal customer.
Food is hit and miss here. Manager is very unprofessional and rude. Hangs up on me when I call him out on why my order request couldnt be fulfilled. It is truely not their pleasure here.:)
Good tasty chiiiiicccccaaaan! Clean restaurant appearance! Clean tables! Covid conscious restaurant! SUPER ATTENTIVE STAFF! FAIR prices! Fast food frfr like actually fast. Long lines means business is great! Dine in available until 10 p.m. At this location! Cute educational toy book games in the kids meal and it's my pleasure love daily and these are 247365 weekend vibes!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We were seated and then a staff member came to our table for us to order our food. Kind of cool for Chick-fil-A!
People take ur order that parts is good problem is when you get to the window even do you give ur name for the order you can see kiddos rushing orders and they are mostly uncompleate
I’m unsure if it’s because I’m getting it delivered or if the person delivering it is eating my fries but this happens each and every time I order on the app. I should just order small fries instead of a large and be hopeful that I’ll get more than one fry.
The worst experience was last week when I bought number five combo for breakfast when I got to work with my breakfast sandwich smelled burned so I opened it up the biscuit was burnt and it was hard the hashbrowns were super Duper warm and I was not happy I could not come back up there because it was time for me to go to work and no one answered the phone at Chick-fil-A. I have left several messages one last week and one this week and no one has still returned my call, very disappointed in the service I bet it’s my pleasure apparently not I will not be returning to this location.
There always items missed in the order delivered to my hand. Sometimes a sandwich, sometimes a pack of fries or chicken nuggets, and once even got 2 items missed! It wasted my time and also make me feel bad when I have to go back to explain what happened once I exited the drive-through lane. Will go to another Chick-fil-A.
Tavares has some of the best customer service skills I've ever received. Not only was he friendly, attentive and on point with my order he gave words of encouragement when I needed it most. I'll be back soon. The food was excellent as always.
