Chick-fil-A, San Antonio TX

The diner was closed so we sat at the tabled outside but there' was no ordering for thst online so we had to move to our car and there was NO milkshakes also the wifi wasn't working and the app kept deleting my order.

Kudos to all staff at chick fil A. Handle long lines at drive thur very smoothly staff very efficient courteous and respectable. AND orders are always correct yay Thank you for being on top of things.

No longer offering lunch items for in early mornings. Lost 1 star.

My family and I love Chick-fil-A. We come here alot. I had an opportunity to work here part time for about 2 months, with this being my first experience in fast-food. Honestly, very easy job, but alot to learn about running the restaurant. Would of stayed on longer, but my schedule was limited to One day only.

Still.when I worked here, I felt like all the money I was making was to buy my kids Chick-fil-A.so you could say I worked for FOOD ha ha!

The owners and management are very good people. Top notch!

BTW if you got a few extra nuggets in your order in Sept.

This particular Chick-fil-A is VERY consistent. Food is usually hot, order almost always right. I drive out of my way to go here at Marbach instead of Alamo Ranch where they almost never get it right.

I’m a little disappointed this morning with my order. I understand at times it’s a pain when a customer changes the order, but none the less, they know what they like. I ordered a grilled chicken egg white with cheese English muffin. I wanted to swap the grilled chicken for the spicy chicken. I was really excited for the egg white spicy chicken combo, only to get to work & be disappointed with my order. Pictures for proof

I absolutely can not stand the drive through why don’t they give receipts anymore I asked the lady at drive through today and she said they stopped giving them out. It upsets me because this chick fil a is always messing up our orders then give us hassle because we don’t have a receipt. DO BETTER CHICK FIL A! Stop being a cheap **** and buy a printer for for drive through

I used to love coming here because of the no mistakes when ordering meals, but it's slowly going downhill with their customer service. Ugh, annoying! If I wanted to go to McDonald's I would do so. Get it together Chick-fil-A! Your employees have made one too many mistakes on my orders.

This Chick-fil-a was good, just know that the dinning room is not open to sit and eat right now. Food is always good though and the service.

The Lemonade was great, The only Problem that we had was waiting in line too get the Service! We waited 39 minutes too get too order, and when we got too order, It took another 15 minutes just too get the food!

Very good food and great customer service. Also has lots of curbside pick up parking to try avoid some slow down time during busy hours

Got my whole order wrong. In 40 minutes of waiting in a drive thru line for a mobile order just to get told to wait in the front some more.
Your Drive thru is not my pleasure at all, most of your employees outside were just sitting down on their phones.
Step it up Chick-fil-A any other branch is on their a game even the southside out does y'all with a smaller drive thru I eat this 3 times a week but not here not ever here again.

I used the drive thru, I don't believe the dining room is open and there was a line because of this. They have employees outside taking orders so their service was really quick. The food has always been hot and fresh when I go there and I'll definitely go back to this location.

Ordered a #7 GRILLED chicken club sandwich and in bag was a FRIED spicy deluxe…at least they got the cheese I ordered right. Before driving off make sure you just don’t count if they have the right amount of items. Make sure you open your food and check to see if they even put the correct chicken patty.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time my order has been completely jacked. Today, I’m missing an entire entree, got extras of two orders, and no sauce. Because it’s Chick-fil-A, I’ve kept giving them a chance, but this is one of the consistently worst locations I’ve ever been to.

They get so busy that there is always something missing in my order. But it's convenient and better than any other food options in the area.

The lines were long because it was lunchtime, but they had 3 people working outside to take our orders so the line moved pretty quickly. And as always, the food was great!

Its been a while since I had chick fil a due to being stationed overseas for a while but it was good being able to eat it again.chick fil a sauce always on point ;)

The Marbach Chic Fil A has kindness, gratitude and efficiency down to a science. You walk into the restaurant, even though the dining room is closed, and they're there with a smile to help you! You sit at a table outside, no worries someone comes out to greet you! Even if thier having a bad day, you'd never know it b/c this team is ON POINT! Special shout out to Dominiqua (I think that was her name) she is the absolute friendliest person I've encountered all year! Thank you!
