16Hurts me to write a bad review because I am an avid chickfila girl. I have never had a bad experience until I began coming to this chickfila. My order is consistently messed up, cold, or missing something. The customer service is far less at this location as well. Take your business to another location
Just ordered on door dash from here. Gave me the wrong drinks, drink sizes, didn’t give us our dipping sauces, messed up what was supposed to be on our sandwiches. Wonder if they just got lazy because it’s close to closing
I went to this location at precisely 6: 20pm and ordered 4 Stripeal with a lemonade, 3 strip meal with a sweet tea and a 8 count nugget meal with a large sweet tea. The car in front of me somehow got their order mixed up and they handed my food to the car in front of me. We waited for 8 minutes to move forward because they had messed up. For whatever reason they gave my food to the car in front of me and when I pulled up they gave me the same bag that had been inside the car of the other customer when I asked them to remake my food, the gentleman at the window asked them to rebag my food and I had to throw it all away. With Covid and everything going on how can you do that? This is the worst Service I have ever received at a Chic Fila
I ordered food through doordash for the 2nd time with Chick-fil-A and again was missing items in my food not doordash's fault but called the store and spoke with Jacklen the manager about this problem and the cost being i ordered through doordash and she didnt care and said im busy and im sorry, im done with this restaurant, and the poor management.store 380 in crossroads texas
Smiling, professional employees! The kids/young adults at this store take their jobs seriously, so their service doesn't suffer a bit.
I have never had such a bad experience at a chick fil a before. Not sure if there’s something wrong with their speakers or what it is but they disregarded my drink and my request with my food. Then once I told them about my drink at the window they charged me more and still did not get it right. I’m paying 11$ for a breakfast itd be nice to have the right drink. Not to mention getting handed the wrong order and having to switch it out before even getting my food.
We always get fast, accurate, and friendly service at this location, and the food has always been fresh. Never an issue, and happy we live close by the best Chick-fil-A around.
Is this location under new management or something? It was the only consistent reliable food around here and it has gone way downhill here recently. Food quality has gone down, delivery stopped, and now orders being incorrect and cold old food is becoming the norm like all the other fast food around here.
Ordered via the app for a pickup got home and one of the sandwiches was missing never thought I'd have to check my order very disappointed
If I could give this chick fila 0 stars I would. I live around the corner and it never fails my order is Always wrong, my food is always mediocre, never fresh, I mean it’s always a problem. It is literally just the most awful chick fila I’ve ever been to. It’s so bad I’ll drive 20 minutes to prosper or frisco to go to their chick fila. This chick fila really gives the brand a bad name. I don’t even enjoy chick fila anymore because this one can never get it right and it just makes me not even want it at all! Doesn’t matter if you speak to managers clearly they just can’t get it right.
This Chick-fil-A always has an upbeat attitude and rarely if ever messes up your order. The lines only last around 5-10 minutes no matter how busy or hectic it is, and the staff is always kind. The only thing I’m sad about is that their inside seating is still not open and I miss that.
Even when there’s no inside seating, I go here if I need a fast and reliable meal. I love this Chick-fil-A.
Most chick-fil-a’s are petty fast. This particular has been pretty slow lately. I usually do a mobile order to avoid the long drive through lines. Last two times times I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes
Love was so personable and kind. She is the reason I am writing this review! She made me and my son laugh in the drive thru. So professional and hilarious. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed in a drive thru before. I’d like to add that Karson is always a breath of fresh air… I’ve been several time and his personality is always so uplifting and he seems to be very optimistic and happy to help with anything. They are the reason I will continue to come back! Everyone else is also great but these two stand out!
The sandwiches aren't consistent. Changing the shake size to one size was a bad move. Now I have to pay for the size that I don't want.
The people that was working at this Chick-fil-A were good, only problem is they messed up my order and I could see why, they are very short staffed and it is one of the busier places to eat in the area!
Ordered on the chick fila app. Ordered at 8: 42pm. Went through the drive through and our order wasn’t ready. We were gracious and said we could wait upfront because there was a miscommunication error between the employees. Waited 10 minutes went inside. Cashier said it wasn’t ready yet. Went back to the car waited another 10 minutes. Went back inside and she said once again that it wasn’t ready. Asked someone else and they found the order sitting there. We didn’t get our food until 9: 15pm. The employee didn’t have any sense of urgency until I spoke to another employee and she actually looked for the order.
