Chick-fil-A, Benbrook TX

Ordered 5 sandwiches only got sauce right for one and offered to replace 1 sandwich and 2 sides. Why not comp the meal since sandwiches come dry so without the sauce what good is the sandwich? Not good Chic fil a!

I love our hometown Chick Fil A! Jeremy sends me rewards to my account and it’s truly appreciated. They are always friendly and usually get my order just right. Big fan of this location!

Great service. These restaurants tend to be super busy, but this one handled the rush with ease. What I always expect from Chick fil A.

This location has messed up my order literally 7x now. I guess jokes on me for giving them multiple chances because I have never experienced this in any chik filet ever before. We just moved to the area and this location is close to us, I get a Cobb salad and for some reason they can NEVER get it right.one time they forgot my chicken on it.thats all you guys serve is chicken? ! Need to check the orders.only reason why I didn't speak to a manager again right now is because of the pouring down rain. I will not ever go back to this location, it's also the slowest chik filet I've been to as well.

Chick-fil-A is simply the beast fast food restaurant. It sports the best chicken sandwich, even better than Popeyes. The service is unbelievable. Definitely recommend this place. And for the quality of food it has a very reasonable price

Worst customer service ever. Order taker kept cutting me off when I ordered. Then spoke very rudely and seemed annoyed I was even ordering. It was so bad I actually backed out of the drive thru and went to McDonald's where the customer service was actually much better. I hope this guy has a better day and manager gives him some pointers on customer service.

I do not live here and we stopped to order lunch. I ordered a deluxe well done and was then informed that I could not get well done chicken at this location. What they choose to do is up to them but I was already in their drive thru line when I was told and had no choice but to continue through the line even though I was not ordering anything. It is poor design when you get stuck in line waiting to leave. I spoke with one of the managers and she said the design of the parking lot is not something they can control. I told her that where they place the order takers is something they can control. If they put the order takers outside the drive thru if a customer has an emergency or changes their mind they would have a way to exit before being stuck in line.

Delicious, healthy food choices. Fresh and delicious salads. Calories clearly marked on menu. Clean. Seating safely socially distanced. Hand sanitizers prominently placed at doorway. Pleasant personnel. Drive-up available for online orders in addition to drive-through window.

Only a 5 because there isn't a 10 star option. I'm convinced these people would come mow your lawn if you asked. We order here for pickup a minimum of 1 time a week and I've never had a single issue or messed up order. EVERY fast food place could learn a thing from these people and it's literally every location. A+

The girl standing in the drive through was so busy rushing us to order and she didn't even get the order right. It certainly wasn't her pleasure. The food was good that we got, but not having the sauce for the nuggets ruined the meal.

Wanted a Peach shake but they said they are no longer carrying them. So I asked what other flavors they have and I was told, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, and something that I couldn't make out. I then asked what was the last flavor they said and they repeated it; cookies and cream. At that point I asked for a large vanilla. The response was that they only sell small shakes now. Ok, I'll take a small vanilla. Pulled up to the window and they gave me a small cookies and cream.

What can I say? !

Probably adds a minute of frying time to get your nuggets well done. Was told they just recently stopped doing nuggets well done, think I’ll visit canes from now on since they have no problem with my well done request.

Fries were SO FRESH. They hit my salt craving SPOT ON.and the chicken sandwich? Soo juicy. Amazing. I will return to this one

I just cane up there the people are really nice but they are forgetful. How do u give someone tenders without their sauces. Idk. Thats why we never go here.

I like Chick Fil A. My biggest gripe is it feels like they're somehow slower now that they have the 2 lane order system. I took the outer lane since it had shortened and to keep good flow of traffic. Somehow after sitting in front of the speaker for a minute or so they took care of 3 or 4 cars in the inner lane who were originally behind me before being taken care of.

Owner is most personable. Staff is very friendly. Orders togo have been very accurate. Granbury CFA is one of their best franchisees.

I've been a nationwide super loyal customer since 2006.3 weeks in a row our order has been mixed up by this location. We're a gluten free family so we're super clear when ordering. Very dissapointed to say they've now lost our business. We will miss you but enough is enough.
